Aug 20 Wednesday at 1:30pm. The cashier have problems with asian customers. She never say Hi or Thank you after. She says it to everyone else, who's white or blalck. But asian customers, she doesnt say anything. Great customer service.

I had a great experience at Harvey’s yesterday! I accidentally thru the mobile app to ordered a large fries with a kid meal instead of the large onion rings I really wanted. When I realized the mistake, I spoke to the store manager, who was incredibly kind and understanding. Not only did they let me keep the fries at no extra charge, but they also gave me a large onion rings for free. That level of customer service really made my day! Thank you for going above and beyond — it’s gestures like this that keep me coming back. Great food and even better service! Not only that, the staff were all very nice and helpful, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. And as always, the food was delicious — this location continues to keep that same great taste every time I visit.

This one is my favourite Harvey’s. It used to be the first Harvey’s in the whole province and they’re still keeping the quality the same after half a century. I really recommend this place. The food is excellent, service excellent and the atmosphere has been renovated with the best quality and materials. Also great staff! 💯

Went to the restaurant on Saturday, and I must say the experience was great! The manager handled everything very professionally. You can really see the difference when someone knows how to manage things properly. Service was smooth, and they made sure customers were well taken care of. Definitely recommend visiting!
