I love the food at this Harvey's. It's delicious and affordable. That being said, I can't understand why the staff are trained to put the plastic receipt ontop of hot fries. Heat, moisture, and greasy surfaces (like fries) accelerate the transfer of the BPA and BPS chemicals into the food. This increases the risk of cancer and endocrine disruption.
Why ruin nice healthy Canadian food with unnecessary chemicals from the receipts? I would totally give Harvey's a 5 star review if they stopped this unhealthy practice!

I come here every now and then and it is a decent place to get a burger but it is always super slow not juat slow like always super slow getting served and waiting for the food. And also my last experince which was November 29th i noticed that one of the workers was touching the burger buns with out any gloves on after touching the beef patties, i mean i aint usually one to complain but i actually find that kind of gross.

Aug 20 Wednesday at 1:30pm. The cashier have problems with asian customers. She never say Hi or Thank you after. She says it to everyone else, who's white or blalck. But asian customers, she doesnt say anything. Great customer service.

I had a great experience at Harvey’s yesterday! I accidentally thru the mobile app to ordered a large fries with a kid meal instead of the large onion rings I really wanted. When I realized the mistake, I spoke to the store manager, who was incredibly kind and understanding. Not only did they let me keep the fries at no extra charge, but they also gave me a large onion rings for free. That level of customer service really made my day! Thank you for going above and beyond — it’s gestures like this that keep me coming back. Great food and even better service! Not only that, the staff were all very nice and helpful, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. And as always, the food was delicious — this location continues to keep that same great taste every time I visit.
