The wonton and noodle are authentic that they are real Hong Kong taste. The staff are nice and friendly which always make me the day. Jim Chai Kee is definitely my favourite Hong Kong style restaurant that brings me the home feel and becomes my canteen.
This is a great spot for a delicious and affordable meal! No matter the time of year or weather, I come here for the egg noodles with shrimp wonton soup. Itβs a simple but comforting and filling meal for a very good price. The owners are friendly. The restaurant is clean and they provide complimentary hot water. You definitely have to check this place out!
Jim Chai Kee has been a staple for us for many years now and the quality has always been consistent: the noodles bouncy π, the wontons filled with whole shrimps and cooked just right. We lucked out this time coming in to find that they are doing a winter special, two 2-items noodle soup for $20. The perfect way to warm up this winter. π Self-serve and good for a casual dine for some great food.
