I found the source off all the complaints. The lighting in here is so harsh. Feels like you're a chicken under the heat lights. A little diffusion never killed anyone. The lights hurt... maybe reduce the wattage. The rest of the reviews here are insane. I bet it's the lighting agitating everyone.

I’ve been coming here for the last 20 years, I have never had a complaint until today. I went through the drive through. I made my order, she asked if I wanted any sauces. I said yes, then paid.
She asked me to make a loop around the restaurant and come back to the drive through. I said no. She said I can’t let you stay here it’s on a timer. I said I’m not doing that.
It’s absolutely irresponsible of her to ask me to do that and who ever trained her to tell customers that needs to be retrained.
Then she asked can you drive up a little and I’ll call you when it’s ready. She said“Can you at least do that” with so much attitude like I’m the bad guy.
I didn’t want to argue so I said okay. When it was ready she called me, but another car was driving towards the window, while I’m backing up. Now she’s tell him to wait and he’s honking at me.
She gave me my food, with so much attitude and resentment I’m actually worried someone spit in my food.

Chicken is reliable, plentiful, cheap and easy to prepare and it's really difficult to make chicken taste bad. However, KFC has been doing just that, consistently, over the years and should be studied for it's resiliency for being able to stay in business for such a terrible product in such competitive space. Do yourself a favor, Go to Mary Brown, even the greasy Popeye's are better than this sorry excuse of so called chicken.

My recent visit to this KFC location was extremely disappointing. I dined in around 9 PM and the entire restaurant was in a state of disarray. The dining area was dirty and littered with trash. The service was also very poor. I had to wait an unacceptably long time for a simple order, and when it finally arrived, it was incorrect. To make matters worse, the food was handed to me without a tray liner, and the tray itself was wet. The lack of cleanliness and poor service made for a truly unpleasant dining experience. I would not recommend this location.

Very poor customer service. The attendant was very unprofessional. Didn't have eye contact for 15 minutes while there was no other customer innkine. Drinks taste weared. Needs serious examination by the KFC franchise.

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC location. One of the employees spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner for no reason. I came here expecting decent service, but the attitude I received was completely unacceptable. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Absolutely garbage seevice. Barely placed an order for 1 combo and the guy told us to drive through. Gave us attitude the entrie time. Told us we could not substitute a fries supreme with regular fries. Asked for spicy chicken and told us it only comes in regular LMFAO they literally advertise on the window poster that there is spicy and regular wtf?!? Pointed that out to the guy and he said that was old and they don't do that anymore.
