I called KFC with a simple question, and they hung up on me. No help, no apology — just rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing.
I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC location. One of the employees spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner for no reason. I came here expecting decent service, but the attitude I received was completely unacceptable. Definitely won’t be coming back.
Very bad, the chicken wings were fried too long and had no juice. Too much fried flour and too hard to chew.

Customer service was amazing, food was so delicious! Clean and neat place. 10/10! 🍗 got my food right away.
Absolutely garbage seevice. Barely placed an order for 1 combo and the guy told us to drive through. Gave us attitude the entrie time. Told us we could not substitute a fries supreme with regular fries. Asked for spicy chicken and told us it only comes in regular LMFAO they literally advertise on the window poster that there is spicy and regular wtf?!? Pointed that out to the guy and he said that was old and they don't do that anymore.
Cannot even order for delivery anymore and can’t order an extra chicken breast. It is just sad
I’ve came here several times and each time it’s a new issue: forgetting food, taking 20 minutes to make one combo, or rude staff. Do not come here.
So slowly personal , need to change them

They are just there to serve drive thru. They don't pay attention to the counter at all. There wall a line of customers and they were straight up ignoring everyone at the counter and team of six people just servicing drive thru. 0 customer attention and service
Cold and stale food, gave me diarrhea. One customer complained about the chicken being raw in their bucket and the rep argued with him for a solid 10 minutes when he should have just gave him replacements. Always ignore online orders and won’t call for customers, you have to ask them about it and deal with their annoyed face.
Lucky for this location they still have some very dedicated folks around making sure things aren’t too bad.
Had a horrible experience in the drive through. Waited close to 40 min; and then had to wait another 15 min to get the food. The lady at the window was rude, and was aggressive. Food was very little.
