I'm a long time frequenter of RM. One sign of a great restaurant is their consistency. I've seen consistency in menu, taste, and service over the last ten years.
The service is always attentive and warm. The menu can be hard to decipher, and wait staff are always willing to explain and help. They also go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need.
