So many customers but no enough staff
The combo is a good deal and the portions are pretty generous. The only downside was the service.
The server really didn’t seem to care about customer service. The food was brought out pretty roughly, and there was basically no service from start to finish. I think the restaurant needs to do a better job training the staff if they want customers to come back.

Fried rice is super tasty, flavorful and one of most valuable dish. Eggplant dish is still a much order and the taste is consistent for years. You just can’t go wrong with it

The food is flavorful and delicious, with the right amount of spice. Be prepared for a wait on weekends, but flavors like the sweet and sour sauce on the flavored eggplant make it worth it.
Some dishes can surprise diners, like the Cattle Stomach with Chili Sauce, which features a crispy texture with the right amount of chewiness. The Gross Blood Characteristics Mong has strong Sichuan seasoning, though the coagulated blood may taste a bit salty. The Pickled Pepper with Chicken Gizzard shows promise, but the gizzards have an unexpected sweetness that may not fit with the bold flavors typical of Sichuan stir-fries.
Service could improve, as customers may not be checked on frequently unless food is being delivered. The location can be tricky to find, as it is on the second floor of the Time Square building in one of the corners.
