Slowest place I have ever seen, absolutely worst service. If u are ordering in store, be prepared to wait for at least half an hour cuz they are busy with delivery orders. Only one person here working.

I have been buying drinks from this store few months, and the quality is getting worse and worse. The tea is bitter and astringent, the amount pearl is getting less and less. WONT GO AGAIN.

I didn't want to write this, but after multiple disappointing experiences, I feel it’s necessary to inform others.

I have been a regular customer of Machi Machi, (Richmond Hill). I genuinely love their drinks even though they’re more expensive than other bubble tea spots. However, I’ve now had three separate instances where the drinks I received were not made properly, and it’s left me feeling frustrated.

- The first time, I ordered the Crème Brûlée Milk Tea, but it came without the brûlée topping, just plain milk tea. I assumed it was a one-off mistake and let it go.

- Then I ordered the Roasted Meringue Coffee Milk Tea, and the meringue was barely there, maybe a spoonful at most. Again, I gave the benefit of the doubt, thinking you might’ve run out.

- Most recently, I ordered the Chocolate Brûlée Milk Tea, and it had almost no chocolate. I only tasted it in two or three sips, and all I had was plain milk tea.

If ingredients are unavailable, I believe it’s better to inform the customer and offer an alternative or a refund, rather than serving an incomplete drink at full price. It feels unfair and disappointing.

I don’t feel comfortable returning to this particular branch anymore, even though it’s the closest one to me. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously.

I had a great experience at Machi Machi! The drinks were absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and just the right sweetness. I ordered 5 drinks and I tried the Fresh Fruit Jasmine Green Tea, and it was one of the best I’ve had.

The staff was very kind and honest. She was working alone and let me know that it might take a little time, which I really appreciated. Even though I had to wait a bit, it was worth it for the quality and care she put into the drinks.

I’ll definitely be coming back again!
