I had a great experience at Machi Machi! The drinks were absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and just the right sweetness. I ordered 5 drinks and I tried the Fresh Fruit Jasmine Green Tea, and it was one of the best I’ve had.
The staff was very kind and honest. She was working alone and let me know that it might take a little time, which I really appreciated. Even though I had to wait a bit, it was worth it for the quality and care she put into the drinks.
I’ll definitely be coming back again!

I forgot to take a photo. When I walked into this machimachi that day, I saw that the menu had many varieties and the environment looked very clean.
The pretty staff was very friendly and patient. They listened to my needs very well. Because my order was related to Uber, but Uber had an error and could not solve it.
the manager was very good awesome and helped me. It took the manager and the staff a lot of time. I am very grateful....
I do believe that their service attitude will definitely make this store better and better.
If I have the chance, I will definitely go to this store again!

Taro balls were hard and undercooked. I should have checked the reviews because I am not the only on with this experience. No tea flavour. A disappointment considering a regular drink is $10 with tax. Will not be back.

Been here at least 30 times, but the experience at this location has gone downhill over the past few months. I placed a takeout order 35 minutes in advance, but when I arrived, the receipt hadn’t even been pulled or placed on the table. Meanwhile, Uber Eats was already showing that my order was likely ready.
The store was hot with no AC, the lights were off, it almost looked like the place was closed. Food prep was SUPER SLOW, and there wasn’t even anyone at the front counter while a bunch of people were waiting outside. At the end, even the lady arrived later than me got her drink before me. Like.. I ordered 35 minutes ahead for only 2 drinks!

I love the drinks from Machi Machi but this location is extremely frustrating. There's one drink I usually get and I've tried to order this drink over 5 times on different occasions, well before closing time. Every single time they can never make the drink because they have run out of Golden Bubbles. If they're allowing this to happen consistently, then it's likely an inventory mismanagement issue. I never like to leave low reviews but I would suggest revisiting their decision of how much of it they make every day so this doesn't always happen. Other locations don't seem to have this problem as much.
