One of the most consistent bubble tea places I know. Also one of the only ones that sell the clear, not black tapioca. It used to seem more expensive but honestly bubble tea prices are all quite up there now.

This used to be my go to Machi Machi location. This time I went the pearls were so hard and the drink was tasteless. The customer service was the worst - she had an attitude and was rude.

Taro balls were very undercooked so it was such a let down. Service was also slower and they left their counter unattended for a while before realizing new customers had come in. We ordered three drinks the other two were good though, but the one that was most expensive ended up being the worst.

We ordered about 6 drinks, the taro balls in my drink were hard and a bit mushy. The mochi was good, matcha was good, the foam on top was super thick and taste was good.

We ordered Handmade Brown Sugar Latte takeaway. When we got our drink, as seen in the pictures, there is little to no brown sugar in it. The drink was so white that it tasted like milk only. Feels like we got scammed.
