I eat here on the reg. Everyone I know that works here tries their best and it shows. For a McDonalds, they go above and beyond. Even if they only make minimum wage they still put in a lot of effort, and work harder than most CEOs.
I went to McDonald's and ordered 2 breakfast combo and an extra small coffee, upon serving my order they realized that they missed my separate order of small coffee, and they never charged me for it, but I was given one anyway for free.
I am a retiree and need walking with a cane. I wait at the counter to get my order, without my request the lady, Blenda is so kind and offered to bring it to a table of my choice. Excellent customer service!
