Went on a Thursday night. Ended up waiting 45 minutes even though we had our reservation. When we got our food, there were side dishes missing on our plates (Cornbread and coleslaw). We had to ask about it to get what we paid for which seems a bit unreasonable. If we didn't ask about it we would have just not received it. Also we had to ask for cutlery and side plates and napkins after getting our food so we were sitting there with our food getting cold. We were rarely checked up on or asked how everything was, and there was a lack of personality even when ordering. Being a server myself in a past time I can say it was a really poor job. I still gave a tip even though I felt the service and the whole experience did not deserve one. I'm quite disappointed and hope that's not what it's like on the regular basis.

Waited 35 minutes and not seated . Many others were waiting as well. We were not told how long so we left and went to another restaurant. Restaurant wasn't prepared for the CAA offer.

We were there Christmas Day it was so busy. We were seated in the bar area instead of the Dining room. I asked for the dining room. We were served by the Bartender who was so busy we waited 45 minutes for our food. I talked to the Manager who told me they were busy but was not very cooperative with my complaint. The food arrived which was good and what we ordered. I was very disappointed in the service that we got. I have been going there for years and not get treated so badly.

Micah was the perfect server, who gave us ample time to enjoy our starters before digging into our mains. She also surprised us with a sparkler on top of our dessert to help us celebrate my son's 100K YouTube milestone! We will be back!

We had reservations. When we arrived they seated us at the bar where we had to listen to the bartender grind ice. That, along with the loud music, convinced us that we were not going to stay. Our server said she would see what she could do and, a few minutes later said she could get us a table in the dining room but we would have to wait until someone left. We did not feel like waiting so we started to leave. The manager or someone at the front said the same thing about a dining room table but we left anyway. As we were leaving we did see an empty table with a RESERVED sign on it. Sorry, but we had reservations also and should not have had to wait for a dining room table. A table should have been reserved for us.
Server was great! She was professional, friendly, and even noticed without me saying a word, that my steak was not cooked to how I wanted it. She went above my expectations

Great dining experience during a busy World Series MLB game. However, one bummer was that our party was asked if we could be reseated because of another reservation which I think isn't something they should ask without offering a compensation for the inconvenience.

went to dinner tonight with two of my friends. our server (Zo) was amazing . he was so helpful and had a great smile and personality. we ordered appetizers and one the nachoes with cheese and meat was really bad the meat was dry and the cheese was not good the rest of the appetizers were okay. I would go back again to try something else only because Zo was so amazing,

The staff at this Montanas is top notch! The food and service were great. For the first time, I sat near a family that set up a TRAIN SET on their table with one boisterous child. That chaos was their fault, not the restaurants. Who does that? Stop it.
