This is our second order that was absolutely horrible. They forgot a half rack of ribs and extra corn bread that was ordered. The one full rack of ribs that they did send, was horrible, and we threw them out for fear of getting food poisoning. I spent $100 on ordering meals from this establishment and they only sent half of it. The half they sent was horrible. It was cold and the meat tasted like old Leftovers. Definitely not freshly cooked. The wings look like they were a few years old. Hard as a rock, not edible. This place used to be so amazing. The best place in Richmond Hill for ribs. My last order was equally disappointing, but I decided to give them another shot since they were so great for so many years. Never again. Complete waste of money and a health risk!

It seems that the atmosphere has changed compared to a few years ago. Not sure if the management has changed or what but it was so great to see the place filled with people. The food and the service was great! We were greeted by a lovely young lady as soon as we entered. DIP who served us was extremely lovely to have. Very attentive and the food was great.

Server Nish did a great job for my lady & I. The Fajitas were outstanding. The Manager Siddhant came by to check all was good several times - excellent customer service. I would recommend this restaurant for a great meal & customer service.Parking: Parking is no problem at all.

Loved the atmosphere and service. I especially loved that they had a paper on the table so kids can draw on it.I got ribs in taster size with loaded baked potato. It wouldve been better if food was hotter but was still not bad!
