Truly an unexpected pleasure. The food was amazing and the prices are very reasonable. So many other Italian restaurants have limited menu options and prices that are in some cases double that of Oregano. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian experience, you have to try Oregano. The portions are about the same as Nona would serve you. Go hungry.

The food was very good, but service terrible. We were the only ones in the restaurant the entire time, so the server was NOT busy. He did not offer Parmesan cheese with our pasta. We had to ask for it. When the main course was finished, he did not ask if we would like coffee/tea or dessert. Will not go back to this restaurant

Decided to go try this place in Richmond Hill today when I pulled into the plaza and got to the front of oregano I was expecting to get a Wood-Fired Pizza as that's what it said on the sign. Oven was in full display but I guess they don't use it during the week when it's slow. They could have given me a heads up or a . Don't warning. The margarita pizza had slices of tomato? Or should I say cubes of tomato instead of tomato sauce? Don't get me wrong. I was warned about this when I ordered it but a margarita pizza should always be tomato sauce, cheese, basil oil and cheese.

I got food poisoning from either their chicken or cheese. The worst pain, haven’t been able to keep food or water down in 24 hrs. Just miserable and regretting coming here in the first place. They should shut down, it is a health hazard.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent visit to this place( Oregano Italian Restaurant) I have frequented this place often, because I work in the same building and my last experience was unacceptable.
I found a large cockroach in my salad, which was both shocking and disgusting.
Despite the disturbing discovery, I paid for my meal, hoping for a proper acknowledgment of this serious issue. However, when I brought it to the staff's attention, they merely offered excuses, claiming it was a ‘ready portion’ that had been served to me and expressed only vague apologies.
This raises concerns about the cleanliness and safety standards of the establishment. I cannot recommend dining here due to my experience. I advise potential customers to be cautious before choosing this restaurant.

Went specifically for an Italian wood oven pizza. The pizzas are not wood oven. They advertising wood oven fare. This was not the case! We like to support local businesses but in this case I don't think we will be repeating.

So we deleting reviews now eh oreganos???? i’ll be back every week till this place shut down DONT YOU BLOOOOODY. i ordered a cheese pizza and it came with everything but cheese. Snails? Worms? Fish? Brandon’s raisins? who knows what’s on this??? My stomach still hurts and i didn’t even eat it. flushed it down the toilet not even the garbage i don’t think the trucks would have taken it. somebody tell me please HI HELLO
