The service we got was great. Nobody was rude, they just did their jobs. Food was excellent as we ordered a family meal. I expected to have a longer wait, but the food was prepared quickly.

Bad service

Used to be a normal place, but now is going down. I ordered 5-piece tenders. The tenders were absolutely dry. It looks like they fried them once, didn't sell, then fried them again. Do not recommend them.

Loved it,We had a busy night, so my wife and I decided on Popeyes for dinner. Friendly staff, clean premises, and prompt service, but most importantly, food was served hot and cooked perfectly. We recommend. We will be back. Enjoy!

Payed over $16 for a three piece chicken combo got home and was shocked by the manager himself who pack my box .i swear the chicken was as big as a dove , i called to tell them they only gave me excuses no solutions . They even have a sign on the fountains no refills what a joke .. never going back …

Kush was the hostess with the mostest!! Such a beautiful person inside and out. She made sure everything was done right and with a smile. 10/10 customer service

I have been to this location in RichmondHill a few times and every time the workers are very rude and ignorant. I live in newmarket & love my Popeyes but I will never go to this location ever again. From the reviews I have seen, I’m not the only one who has witnessed the ignorant behaviour. I see new management in their future.

I work in the area and after closing I stopped by for dinner and for a Monday night they seemed very busy. kush who was behind the counter was swamped with orders but she was still very polite to me and my coworkers. She also made sure her and the one other staff member were getting the orders out quickly and correctly. I also saw some cranky customers getting rude with her and she handled it very well. Will be coming back here great service.

Good food, but what makes me go back to this location is the nicest lady in the whole world. She is called Kush and she will make your day with her kind attitude and warm smiles while serving you. Cheers to you Kush to make this location different from the others.
