Great mango drink, take 2👌👌🍔

Miserable philipino lady working the morning shift yesterday needs to be fired! She insisted we use the self serve kiosk to order because she was peeling mangos, but we wanted a somewhat rather complicated order. She said “we only take order by self serve kiosk. Since when? She gave us so much attitude when we insisted she help us order and yelled at us to use the machine. Then someone came and wanted to use cash and she served them. What if I had a disability where I couldn’t see the screen well? I should report this to the AODA to be honest.

They didn't treat me with respect, I don’t like their behaviour 👎👎

Mango smoothie is alright, but the service is questionable. I ordered 3 drinks 1 large, 2 mediums at almost $30, my kids and I WERE regulars until recently with all locations doing the same thing when asked to split a drink into 2 smaller cups and I proceeded to pay and tip them $2 for the cups and $2tip for the split which they agreed. They handed me the 2 small cups and they wouldn’t seal the top of the cup. I asked and mentioned what’s going on, the staff informed me they are not allowed to do this as per head office, I clearly have children with me and asked them why would you take my money and agree to it then, they’re reply “get out of here” from one person in the distant thinking I wouldn’t hear and mean mugging faces in silent from the rest, almost threatening from a couple of the males.

Looks like Yongen fruz beside them has a better deal…

I read others reviews about the service and they send you an email to reply, these are all gestures with no real action. This isn’t the only location I’ve experienced this, it seems to be a growing trend with all locations as I’ve had the same experience in Yorkdale as well recently, which forced me to write this review. This place has great customer service, great food, and amazing people. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The food is delicious, well-prepared, and served fresh. Great service

Don't go there.....guy who made my drink was utterly lazy. One lady wanted no sugar and I wanted in my taro....he made them together to avoid the work. They are over priced with the most unfriendly faces!!!!

Again for the prices you charge for mid drinks, you should hire staff who have customer service skills and don't just grunt.
