Came all the way here for them to say they don’t accept cash on weekends, since when is cash not accept on certain days ?

I don't like how they serve a little bit of banana and pineapple in a large size? lot of sugars not a real fruit and way expensive with out any explanation. Nice try not happy

Miserable philipino lady working the morning shift yesterday needs to be fired! She insisted we use the self serve kiosk to order because she was peeling mangos, but we wanted a somewhat rather complicated order. She said “we only take order by self serve kiosk. Since when? She gave us so much attitude when we insisted she help us order and yelled at us to use the machine. Then someone came and wanted to use cash and she served them. What if I had a disability where I couldn’t see the screen well? I should report this to the AODA to be honest.

They didn't treat me with respect, I don’t like their behaviour 👎👎

Mango smoothie is alright, but the service is questionable. I ordered 3 drinks 1 large, 2 mediums at almost $30, my kids and I WERE regulars until recently with all locations doing the same thing when asked to split a drink into 2 smaller cups and I proceeded to pay and tip them $2 for the cups and $2tip for the split which they agreed. They handed me the 2 small cups and they wouldn’t seal the top of the cup. I asked and mentioned what’s going on, the staff informed me they are not allowed to do this as per head office, I clearly have children with me and asked them why would you take my money and agree to it then, they’re reply “get out of here” from one person in the distant thinking I wouldn’t hear and mean mugging faces in silent from the rest, almost threatening from a couple of the males.

Looks like Yongen fruz beside them has a better deal…

I read others reviews about the service and they send you an email to reply, these are all gestures with no real action. This isn’t the only location I’ve experienced this, it seems to be a growing trend with all locations as I’ve had the same experience in Yorkdale as well recently, which forced me to write this review.
