Very slow service, 5 workers in the store, 4 stands around and only 1 staff is making drinks. I still have to use online order in the store, because the order line is not moving, only with 2 customers. The team is very inefficient.

Did a mobile order around 1:50pm, according to the app the wait time was 6-9mins. Got there before 2pm but i didn’t get a notification that my order was being prepared which was fine, i was used to it. I was even able to order a brownie from the counter while waiting for my drink. At 2:06, i followed up on my drink and only then did the barista started to make it. As i was in a hurry, i took my drink and left. Shortly after, as i was about to take my first sip, i realized that my cup didn’t feel right. I checked it and found out that the foam wasn’t even on the 3/4 mark but also there was barely any coffee in it. I ordered my usual venti traditional misto extra hot. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Never ordering from this branch anymore

Little bit sad to write this, a lot of the staff here are really great, very friendly and welcoming. I just seem to keep having the issue of my drinks being made incorrectly with a specific barista. I've spoken up a few times mentioning mistakes and have gotten them fixed with ease with other workers. But a few instances have left me not wanting to return. I often order the same drink, caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino and I know what it should look like. I once asked for it to be fixed as it did not look correct, the lady at the window was very sweet and asked the barista to remake it, he said it just doesn't have the caramel on the sides and the lady said to him to make what I had ordered. I appreciated it as this was the second time this had happened and I didn't speak up about it before. A third instance the male barista that made the drink the second time served me through the window with the same error, no ribbons and whip layers. I pointed it out and he leaned out the window to explain to me I was wrong and it's blended. I said I understand but normally there is caramel along the sides where he proceeded to tell me that's not how it's made. I took the drink and apologized. I've gone to other locations, and they make it with the layers. And I have made it there correctly before. Today I went and ordered something different, pumpkin cream cold brew. At the window, he asked if I wanted a straw I said no thank you, and he said I would need one for the dome lid. I asked him why the cold brew has a dome lid, and he said for the whipped cream. I was confused, and after I had paid was handed an iced pumpkin spiced latte. Im not interested in confrontation with the barista anymore. It's not comfortable being talked down about what drink I regularly order. I don't want to complain. Most times, I am okay taking the slightly wrong drink I understand mistakes happen and things can be misheard. I'm just dissatisfied that it's repetitive, and I no longer feel comfortable going there due to the poor service this barista keeps providing and the responses I've been given when kindly pointing out I am not getting what I am paying for.

Hi, today is my birthday, I went to this branch to get a free drink. I also had the Starbucks program, but the employee told me that it doesn't apply to you. I told them that I have a driver's license, but it is useless!! !!!

I placed my order at 5:30 AM, but when I arrived, the store was still closed. I went to the drive-thru, where the staff member rudely told me they had just received my order and it would take 6-7 minutes. She acted like it was my fault that she had to work so early, with a bad attitude throughout. My regular coffee was unusually bitter compared to other locations. When I asked for a straw, she responded rudely again and handed me the wrong one (a Frappuccino straw). Overall, a very disappointing experience.
