We ordered three different kinds of breakfast packages. The taste is very plain. They don’t accept credit card payment so you will have to use a local debit card or cash (CAD only). I will not return.

The breakfast soup is tasteless (boiling water) and the food is hot enough. Please give me some advice and go to eat???

The beef brisket noodle is ok. Soft and flavorful. Noodle is al dente. The chicken is cold right out of the fridge, which I do not expect.

The food tastes average. For the price, the price-performance ratio is poor. There are many tea restaurants that are better than it. The environment is OK. However, although there were a few Taiwanese customers today, they were all noisy. Compared with the star dim sum of the same group, all aspects are better. The reviews can all be rated at 4 to 5 stars, but this tea restaurant can only be rated at 2 stars. Looking at other people’s positive reviews of this restaurant on YouTube, it seems there are some discrepancies. However, you might as well try it yourself to see how good it is.

Satay beef noodles were not bad. I would have liked more satay sauce and more meat for the price.
Milk tea was also not bad.

I ordered chicken chop sizzling takeout but there is no sauce. How do I eat it? !
Food portion n quality are alright but does not reflect fairly on the higher end of food price .
As well, the HK MILK tea looks great but not much taste which means is pretty dilute without placing enough tea to brew.

We ordered the Lobster and Marinated Duck Set Combo. The expected five pound lobsters served to us were less than three pounds - the lobster meat was tinier than a mothball. In addition, they were out of their Signature Marinated Duck. We felt cheated and was not impressed at all. Our combo order was so different from the same combo the KOL recommended. Never go there again!!
Parking: Very limited parking for dinner, we had to park at a different shopping center's parking lot. We had to climb two sets of stairs to walk around the building to the restaurant - not good for older people.

Terrible service from the server. I went in at 7:00 and the server rushed us to order before we even sat down. Their chicken was dry and cold… fresh from the fridge I guess. Wouldn’t go back

Wouldn't be a legit Chinese restaurant if it didn't average between 3.5 and 4 😂...but I do want to share my really positive experience here.
We came in thinking this location also offered all day dim sum like one of its sister locations, but found out this location is more of an HK Cafe. The two ladies working here were very kind and patient with my elderly father which was very appreciated. They took time to explain the menus to him and were just overall really pleasant.
We ordered two of the BBQ pork and noodle specials, which came with good portion sizes. We also got the BBQ pork rice dish, which was a huge portion size and included a drink. The value for money on these were fantastic ($9.99 for the specials and $17.99 for the BBQ pork rice).
I think a lot of the reviews mix this location up with its other locations, but we really enjoyed our experience at the Times Square location!

Bbq pork is so good. They also have a small bakery with HK style buns.

Had breakfast and dinner here. I think the location is kind of hidden so seats were plentiful. I like their milk tea and satay. But their bbq pork is far away from being their top dish. Portions are very generous though.
