Had a good visit at Subway yesterday. The food well prepared and the service was quick. Shima helped me with my order and she was polite, patient and made everything right. Great experience overall.

The middle aged short woman that works here is the rudest person I have ever come across in a fast food/customer service forward establishment. Every other review here is complaining about the same lady, why is she still working there?? This used to be my go-to location and I'd come here every weekday for lunch but I've had enough of that horrible woman and would prefer to starve than have to see her face again. She treats you like you are a burden the second you walk through the door. I'm a paying customer and I'm paying you to make my sandwich. Do your job! She has the worst attitude. She isn't even good at her job! She makes everything wrong, she isn't clean, she's not fast and she's not friendly. I'd look past her unwelcoming behaviour if at least the food was decent but even that she can't get right. I actually recommend you go to this location if you don't mind wasting a few bucks just to interact with this woman because it will boggle your mind how she is still employed.

I tried to exchange chips for cookies instead when I came to pickup my order and was denied. I get that I ordered one thing for pickup but I don’t see it a big deal to just make a quick exchange once I arrived here. Nothing would have been lost on the store’s end for the simple exchange but the woman declined twice saying you got what you ordered you can’t change it lol. Poor customer service

I’ve been visiting this Subway location for almost a year now and usually have a good experience. However, my recent visit was quite disappointing.

There was an older lady working there (wearing glasses, short in height). As soon as I walked in, she asked, “Are you here for an Uber pickup?” — just because I was looking at my phone. I felt uncomfortable and a bit judged, as if my background had something to do with the question.

When I asked her if they were the new owners, she immediately assumed I was going to complain and said, “They’re not going to change owners,” even though I hadn’t said anything negative. I was simply asking a normal question.

Overall, her attitude felt defensive and unwelcoming. I hope the management pays attention to customer interaction and ensures that everyone is treated with respect, without assumptions.

Universal Peace

I got a turkey breast sandwich today with some toppings. After I ate , I had diarrhea and dizziness, I called the store to let them know, instead of apologizing she started to defend herself and saying every morning we have fresh toppings or meat! I told her that I'm not looking to report you and cause problem, correct what is not right in your store. She didn't get it unfortunately and still tried to defend her store. It's not my first time having a subways sandwich and never felt what I felt today again after having it. Not acceptable. Will never visit this branch

Today my kids needed to use a washroom. We saw there was a Subway nearby, so we went in, but the middle-aged female staff member stopped us and said in an unfriendly tone: “washroom for customer only, no public washroom.” I explained it was for my kids, but she still rudely repeated: “no public washroom, no, no!”, basically shooing us away.

I understand it’s within the store’s right to restrict washroom use, and even to refuse people entry if they wish; however, what really matters is the attitude and the lack of basic compassion for children. Even if you want to say no, there’s no need to be so unfriendly, especially in front of kids.

Right after that, we went to the Chinese restaurant next door and asked, they simply let us use it without fuss, and their kindness left a good impression, while Subway’s lack of courtesy left a negative one.

In public spaces where there are few dedicated public washrooms, most fast-food restaurants show a bit of understanding, especially towards children. It’s not just about rules, it’s about being reasonable and respectful. Rules are rules, but there is also the human side to consider. If every store enforced things so strictly and coldly, daily life would become less convenient and the social atmosphere much colder.

Unfortunately, this Subway lost a potential customer before I even had the chance to become one. In a neighborhood where lots of restaurants nearby and good food is everywhere, it’s worrying to see a place with such rude service trying to stay open here.

Whether you care or not, this is what you get —— a negative review, not only for being so rude, but also for being inconsiderate and inflexible.

Avoid this location at all costs, they do not ever follow instructions and make everything wrong, when you ask them to fix it the lady that works here I think an older persian woman she tells you she can't do anything about it come back another day when the manager is here and she won't re make or fix the sub she gave you. Extremely weird customer service the lady was very rude, wanted me off the phone ASAP, tried to tell me my sub was right when I'm literally looking at it and the receipt and it's wrong

Placed an order today for a wrap and was delivered loose in the bag, with no wrapper of any kind! When I called the store to let them know, I spoke to the manager and she was yelling advising that she made the order herself and that was not possible. Continued yelling and said the store is getting very busy and had no time.
Very, very unprofessional, and zero customer service, and very defensive.
I was not looking for anything, but an acknowledgement of her error, would have been appreciated. This is the second issue with this store, hence the need for the review. GOOD ByE, will never be back again, shame on you and your staff!!! You should be thankful that you have a job!

Ordered a wrap at Subway and was disappointed on multiple fronts. The quantity was very minimal, with hardly any filling, and it was not grilled properly. When I pointed it out, the staff didn’t even bother to grill it. For the price paid, I expected better portion size, quality, and attention to detail.
