Workers are always rude. Always.They also consistently price gouge, trying to make it look like there is some kind of confusion when punching your order into the cash register. Guess it's business practice to rip people off. Pretty much everytime. So, watch out. Each visit I have made over the over the years, as I live in the neighborhood, I say I'll give them another chance. But now, I hope they change management, and hire more friendly staff -- or maybe its better they just close the location and get rid of one of the worst Subways in the area. If you can avoid this location, do it. Go anywhere else.

Subway is getting worse day by day
They don't make what they are asked to do, asked to make veggie subway but received subway with lettuce (ONLY)
Who would like to eat subway with just lettuce

The young lady that works there in the evening messed up our food twice in a week. I asked for toasted and grilled, she never did, instead she’s always talking on the phone or listening to the music. Whatever I asked for extra, she didn’t do it either. Very disappointed. I always like this location until recently.

The lady wearing the glass with horrible attitude, how could you yell at customer when i provided the order # , and she can’t even checked the order # which clearly list on the receipt. Instead yelling at the customer . Never seen such service in my lifetime

I visited here today and i came from kitchener and i was in an emergency of using the washroom and i kept my bag on the table and asked the lady to give me some minutes before i order something and i went in the washroom and after some minutes the lady and staff started knocking the door and said come out and i said that i am coming and when i came out she said that you are using the washroom instead of ordering for the food and i literally felt insulted in front of all the customers, I mean WTH when someone is not free using the washroom how can he/she come out in between and what the staff is doing with their customers and is this how they treat them if they are in some kind of emergency. If this franchise has only one washroom then what is the fault of the customers and she argued with me for the order of the food and when i ordered the food she made it in jelousy and didn't put the ingredients properly and the quality she made was very worse. I will not visit here again and recommend all touse any other franshise instead of this one as the staff is not cooperating here. Beware before coming out to this franchise!

The staff in this location is expert in sandwich making and they make sure to take feedback for dube in customers. The food was best.

The customer service was excellent and Sarah the customer representative was very helpful in selecting sauces and vegetables. Overall it was the best subway site I have visited.
