Got a Chicken Teriyaki footlong combo. The service was excellent, but I was disappointed when the foutain machine didn't have any ice. I didn't complain--never been my style. After taking my first bite into this thing, I realized my chicken was ice cold. I saw the attendant put it into the heater. Worse feeling eating a sandwhich with cold chicken in it. Again, I am not the type to complain, but I would have had I not left the building. For a ridiculous $18, I would expect the machines to make ice and to heat properly. Thoroughly disappointed. Havn't been to a Subway in a long time and shocked at the prices and quality of food. Would have rather went to Owl next door.

This location is closer to where I live and used to be my go to Subway.Unfortunately, I rather go to a different location. I went in last week (Super Bowl Sunday 2024) between 6:30-8pm. Was a slow night.The one worker there had his phone in front of him having a video call with someone. Talking the whole time while making the sandwiches. I wouldn't have cared if he wore a mask. But who knows what was coming out of his mouth talking while making the sandwiches and have to repeat the toppings.While he wasn't rude or anything it's not very professional and unsanitary to do that.

Absolutely Horrible! Have be going to this subway for years, never had major issues. Today I placed order online to be picked up at 530pm, when my wife arrived at 530, the staff member had yet to start my order, spending too much time talking with her boyfriend, after 10mins she finally acknowledged my wife, then was still 20mins making 3 subs, and 2 sammy's? That's a perfect way to lose customers

Never open on time. Blaring music from employees phones, always on the phone with their friends while taking uour order. Totally unprofessional.
I've only been here when the owner is working, he's a very friendly and approachable person. He made my sandwich while obliging me with my questions on the franchise business. Overall, it's a good Subway restaurant.

Been to this location many times and I have never had a concern. The owner is friendly and even once gave my daughter a free cookie. Even when they have just opened for the day they have happily served me. Also compared to other locations the sandwiches are always good. I always come back!

This just reflects my recent experience at this location:The owner/manager can do a better job of continued training and how courtesy works in such a saturated market. On other hand, employees need to be courteous and value customers business by not being oushy and impatient! Still will continue patronaging this spot.
