I would give a zero stars review if I could. The staff never have a smile or any welcoming demeanor, they are also ignorant as hell or just plain rude. I ask a simple question and get zero response just a blank stare. The customer service is awful. Apart from that they are so stupid that they can't even put an order together correctly. This is the third time they have left out about 20% of my order. I'll never come back. I'll take my business to another breakfast food chain. Overpriced reheated food. Crap service. Crap business.

I was forced to use the kiosk at this location as they did not have staff working the cash register. The system was archaic and absurd. It took much longer to scroll through several pages on a machine that would only respond when touched just right (not too hard not too soft) just to order a simple coffee. A simple "large with two milk thank you" and a tap of the card would have taken less than a tenth of the time and an interaction with a smiling human would leave me departing in a good mood. Instead I am annoyed by a poorly designed system whose only purpose seems to be to put people out of work. I won't be back and will walk out of any store where I see this junk again.

My favorite Tim Hortons in the neighborhood! It's a very busy location but the staff always has time to say hi. The staff keep the dining room clean which isn't often the case with the busier locations.
