Typical Uncle Tetsu location. They're often on break for 30 minutes at a time so I've either had to wait at least 10 minutes or abandoned the cheesecake entirely. It's happened enough that I don't go to this location if I'm picking up dessert for dinner, as an example. May I suggest ice cream?

I tried the Japanese pancake and it was really good! 🥞 So soft, fluffy, and not too sweet — just perfect. The packaging was super cute too! Everything looked so nice and thoughtful.

I love the freshness of the cheesecakes. I went on Saturday, August 16th, and bought an Angel's Hat. I felt lucky because I hadn’t been able to find one in a while, although they didn’t have the cheesecake flavor of the month. Unfortunately, they don’t always have the full variety of products available.
They usually offer special flavors during the week, but weekends are when I have the time to go. Also, they’ve removed the most visible menu from the store,...
