We’ve ordered from Woody Wood four times now. While our first experience was fantastic, subsequent visits have been a bit disappointing. On one occasion, we ordered potato wedges, but the portion size was so small it barely filled the to-go container—I wish I had taken a picture to show it.
Last night, during our fourth visit, we ordered a Woody Wood Burger and a Cheeseburger, but the Cheeseburger was missing the cheese. It’s frustrating because the food itself is genuinely good, but these small oversights like skimping on portions or forgetting key ingredients really detract from the overall experience.
We came home feeling let down again, and while we want to keep supporting this place because of the quality of their food, these consistent mistakes make it hard to fully enjoy the experience. We hope they address these issues because the potential is there!

Fantastic burger. I ordered the basic and not only was it delicious, it was very well priced. The service from Paria was outstanding as well .

Food was alright , but to call anything gourmet is a stretch, the burgers were frozen patties , the fries were frozen bag fries. My bun was stale. I dont mind paying 20$ for a burger combo but the burger and bun should be fresh. It may be wood fired but that doesn't add anything if the burger isn't good. You could bearly taste the smoke on the burger.

Amazing spot! The Cowboy Burger was delicious, with blue cheese you can actually taste, and the Louisiana Burger was great too. The Quatro Formage Poutine was delicious, but i’d say the regular poutine is a better value. Even with a packed restaurant, our food came out in less than 10 minutes. Excellent ambience, taste and quality! I’m so happy to have found a great burger place in Richmond Hill!
