See a lot of mixed reviews here, but anyone who knows, comes here for the best egg tarts in the city. Baked freshly throughout the day! If you are lucky enough to get one fresh out of the oven then it's a good day haha, otherwise you may need to wait 20 minutes or so for a fresh batch. Usually I check this place out before eating at one of the many great restaurants in mall and snag some first otherwise I'll grab some on the way out! Good prices and cash only.
We stumbled on this Chinese bakery which served the best egg tarts and they made them fresh as you could smell them wafting throughout the area. Although as a personal preference I liked my crust to be like the Portuguese egg tarts, the contents had the same delicate creamy custard texture which reminded me of my days in Hong Kong. Overall, it was delicious. At times they do run out so get them while it's hot.

The pineapple buns are better than the others.
It seems that the baker doesn't like his job very much. That’s right, it looks like bread but it doesn’t taste like that. I finished eating it with difficulty. I won’t buy it next time. It’s a mistake.
