Placed an order for 4 foot long subs. Sub #1 was fine, sub #3 and sub #4 was fine. Sub #2 was completely wrong as seen in the picture. There was MANY things on the sub which was not supposed to be on it. For example the black olives, crispy onions, southwest sauce, red onions, jalapeños, banana peppers and tomatoes. So we called very shortly after to see if this could be resolved. They said they would need to speak to the manager. Why couldn’t you just correct the sub so my sister could eat dinner tonight? It’s not like the place was just about to close (order was placed at 6:35pm, they close at 10:30pm). Is a manager really necessary to remake a sub you completely messed up with wrong ingredients? They called back and told me I need to call back and speak to the manager to possibly get it remade tomorrow. Horrible customer service.
