Awful food and terrible customer service. Ordered 2 clubs. Both came with very black burnt toast. Instead of remaking them and apologizing, threw down cash as a refund and turned away. Would not recommend.

Our order was taken by a friendly lady with an awesome memory! My Dad hadn't been there in about a year and some but the lady recognized his face! She welcomed him back with a huge smile and that made my Dad's day! (He's 78). The weather wasn't the greatest. The heatwave was still beating us up but the smell of fries cooking was worth it! Didn't have to ask her for halfway (if ya know, ya know), she already took care of that! And as I sat down, excited for my first taste ever of Tony's Chips....I was let down by the lack of crispiness as I bit down on a few I hurriedly shoveled into my mouth. Instead of the crisp crunch of freshly fried french fries, all I tasted were limp spud sticks. Man, I can't tell you how disappointed I was! My Dad and I drove all the way from Buckshot Lake and we're looking forward to Tony's crispy chips for lunch! My Dad said that it was unusual for Tony's chips to be soggy, and that they are usually very crispy. Well, not that day! I hope to go back there before the end of summer to try them again and hopefully my Dad's right. I think Tony's deserves another chance! However, there weren't any seagulls bothering us, which is a plus in my book, plus their Go-Hut was one of the cleanest I've ever been in....and I've used ALOT of Go-Huts in my day! But ya, very clean! They do have a seating area, we chose to stand and the last thing I found a little annoying was the fact that they don't leave out any vinegar, ketchup, salt etc for you to use freely like other chips places do. If you require more condiments for your food, you need to ask at the counter and then you are given small plastic packets. If there is a line, you will have to wait until they're done ordering before asking for more vinegar etc., plus the astic packets add up in recycling...and unnecessary. (IMHO) It wasn't the worst and wasn't the best. Room for improvement. I would go back again, only to see if the soggy fries were a one-off. Thank you Tony's Chip Wagon for good fries, pleasant service and a very sanitary Go-Hut! My Overall Rating : 3/5

absolutely amazing food for a chip truck, tony's is definitely my favorite burger even beats most fast food chains in quality you get more than you pay for with tony's then you do at mcdonald, great friendly service i loved going here as a kid and still enjoy their food if you're in richmond looking for good semi fast food tony's is always the way to go

Fries were delicious, burger was tasty too, with a touch of flame on the patty. Friendly service and didn't ask for tip, which is always a positive for me. Price was within expectation. Place is a bit unkept, but it has its own charm. All in all, I would recommend.

The place was closed despite the sign with OPEN times saying it was suppose to be open at the time I went.The place looks really run down compared to the previous owner. Savannah and Cecile should take better care of the place. If I didn't know them, I'd probably choose not to eat there.
