I have been to Brimstone at least a dozen times, usually with my wife prior to a show at the attached Sanctuary. It always has been a wonderful experience (with one glitch on this latest visit, the service was surprisingly poor as we were ghosted by the server more than once). Dropped in here, with my wife and was completely thrilled by the experience. We each had a flight of five and didn’t have a selection that we didn’t like. Special shout out to the apricot IPA, spot on. The Food is excellent. There isn’t a huge selection, but what they do is very good, and it’s definitely a huge step up from traditional pub grub. After riding for an hour and a half stopping for a pint and snack this was the perfect place! The outoor patio was great for talking and relaxing with great tasting craft beer and tasty nachos!! The staff was friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend to come and try a pint or two with always great food selections! Lots of great tasting seasonal choices for your lips!! Will be back for sure! ?
