Port Colborne really needed a place like this. Best food in town. Always fresh. Always delicious. Service is fantastic. 5 star all day long.

The large tattoo covered lady isn't nice at all. The food tastes like it's frozen and then microwaved, not freshly baked at all. The tall guy with glasses is rude, he should learn how to treat customers properly, or they should fire him. This was the worst "bakery" I've ever been to and I use the word "bakery" for lack of a better word. 1/2 a star outta 5. Just close already!!!
....oh and the food tastes like cardboard, but when you have junkies as your staff what can you expect?

The espresso tasted like weak drip coffee. Very disappointing. My friend’s cappuccino was also watery and flavourless and he couldn’t finish it. Friendly service and a nice place but the coffee needs to be remediated.

The bakery is awesome. Had an iced tea that was so delicious. The staff are very friendly. I recommend this place in this beautiful little town of Port Colborne. Been coming here for years even before the new guys took over.
The owner needs to smile more and look happy/friendly, storming out the door and swearing today was not a good look for your establishment.

My daughter spilled her hot chocolate all over herself. The barista was so nice and even handed me a new hot chocolate for my daughter as she was pretty upset! Very kind of her! Great service and wonderful food.

Visited the Ridgeway Cafe yesterday…second time on a Sunday in a three week span. I don’t know why they even open on a Sunday…yesterday was worse than before. Absolutely nothing to buy in the way of pastry! The shelves were literally empty! They had two pkgs of cookies that were stale and at full price! People were literally coming in and just leaving! Such a disappointment..if they are going to open their business at least give the customer something to choose from. This location is going downhill so fast! It seems to be a pattern here that on Sundays there is nothing to buy or what they do have is the weeks leftovers that are not worth buying!

Nice setting and great outdoor space.
I've never been impressed with the coffee here, mind you I've only been twice. It's just hasn't been good.
We've had quiche here twice and for some reason they can't heat it up in an oven until 12 so they use a microwave which is upsetting.
Also, my father in law said the staff have never been to happy there. It would be nice if when we give them a tip they should thank you.
Kid-friendliness: Nice patio and ample room for strollers outside only.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible. Not stroller accessible.
