My husband and I moved to Rockland recently from Orleans and this McDonalds has been fantastic. We've met the manager a few times and they go above and beyond to ensure people are happy. Drive thru times are pretty great, don't have to wait too long. Very kind and friendly service. Anytime we've had an issue with the order it's fixed right away.
Quick order and without errors most of the time but the cleanliness needs to be reviewed, the floors are always sticky no matter the time and the toilets are dirty every time and I often have to warn that there is no more paper in the cabins
My icecream Sunday was half empty.. so little icecream.. this location are notoriously short filling orders/products.....I don't know if it's a corporate decision or at the local level.....
