Loved the staff back last year, however it seems like a whole new group of baristas this year. Major turnover that has definitely impacted them. I will say, two baristas really stood out to me. The best service from Max and Melina on Sunday!!!
What else you need if you feel like a heaven because the people around you, Ms. ALEXA in Rockland Starbucks, you are one of them. Such a kindest person, professional, and helpful person. May you live long. Keep it up. Keep spreading happiness!!!!!!!!
Starbucks has good drinks, and the staff are ALWAYS friendly. However, my orders are often made incorrectly, I have also been charged for extras that I did not receive on more than one occasion. I would appreciate more attention to order accuracy and making sure customers are only charged for what they actually get.
