Prices are ridiculous for boxed frozen food. Ordered poutine‘s and got over fried french fries. For the breakfast sausage and eggs, there was only two little sausages that have been deep-fried and burnt black. Had toast with our breakfast and had to ask the server for jam. It was not brought with the meal. To top things There was a sticky, fly, tape hanging from the ceiling with dead flies on it behind our head. Made such an appetizing atmosphere. we always gave a restaurant a second chance, but NOT this one.

Server took our drink order and then appeared to forget we were there for a good 15 minutes. Had to ask for water three times to get it. Food was overcooked and some of it was cold, but nobody checked in until the end of the our time there. Was reminded why we hadn’t been here in months (poor service and food orders consistently wrong) and why we won’t be returning.

Service is horrible, they don’t write down orders, so both my wife and I got the wrong toast, her breakfast came ten minutes before mine, place was empty when we arrived, three sets came in after we ordered, all of them got their food before I got mine. Could have become a great place for a Sunday morning breakfast when we go to the rez for fuel, but sadly will never return.

Crowes Nest is a happening atoms here and Yet peaceful and the service is outstanding! A large variety of food items to please the younger ones as well as the middle aged to seniors. Their attempt at specials for different days of the week is very popular and the cooks and staff are willing to give it a little twist or tweak to adjust for your desired taste. The new addition of the inside eatery is very eye appealing and comfortable and can accomadate many of all ages and handicapped. It’s clean , open and well light tv for those who like and music as well. Staff are very attentive happy/freindly and are also open to suggestions. The outside take out area is about to if not already opened back up for the season and when it’s closed due to weather you can call ahead or wait inside where it’s warm and very friendly. Wifi is also available ! Crowes Nest is the place you should check out sooner then later and add to your routine. Prices are reasonable food scrumptious !!!

The service at Crowe's Nest Diner Roseneath is excellent! The staff is polite and attentive, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful eating experience. The environment is comfortable and family-oriented. This is The perfect place to have a sit-down dinner with family, friends, or co-workers. Food is priced very fairly.
Well for one nobody ever answers the phone so you can never place an order you have to go in and make your order and wait because nobody answers the phone and if they do you better double check that order because the order is never right they're always getting it wrong or forgetting something you paid for and the customer service sucks

First I want to say, DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND WAITING FOREVER OR HAVE TIME TO KILL. My family went to get take out and it's been over 45 minutes now & we're still waiting!!! It took 50 minutes for them to have our order ready which was the following: a Large poutine, 1 Cheeseburger and 2 grilled cheese sandwiches!!! 50 minutes!!!! And the restaurant part wasn't even 1/2 full. The portions and quality has gone way down. My daughter said the cheeseburger looked so thin it looked like a McDonald's cheese burger. The poutine we had was smaller than usual, with less cheese curds and the taste has gone down. My daughter's grilled cheeses looked puny. There seems to be a lot of miscommunication in there between the staff and between the staff and customers. Another lady was waiting for her take out and got fed up and after 20 minutes waiting for her food, she asked for her money back and left! We should have done the same and asked for our money back and we should have left too. We came in when it first opened and had a sit down lunch that took so long...I thought we were going to sit through until dinner time. You would think by now the people running this place would have their act together. I really don't know why it's gone downhill. I think they should just bring back the usual take out window and forget about the restaurant part, at least that was fast and good and bigger portions!!! We won't be coming back here, and I will warn all family and friends to avoid this place like the plague!!!...I'll take my business to the Red Barn or Fireball Fries beside Sweetleaf when they open.

It makes me sad to have to update my previous 5 star to a 1 star after they opened their new sit-down area. The price has increased, yet the quality and service have gone way down. It took 45 minutes for our cheese burger and fries. The cheese burger is no longer delicious, but a small piece of beef that was dried out, the bacon was undercooked, but the fries were still good. This used to be our go-to place, but unfortunately, I can't see us going back anytime soon.
