I go here almost daily to grab a couple slices and i have noticed they never have alot of slice options at 12:10pm usually only hawian or pepproni. How ever i still grab a couple. And have been finding there not being heated up enough and should be kept in the oven a bit longer

I used to love Tito but something changed. I ended up quit going to them, but tonight I gave them another chance But still it is like eating a piece of cardboard with toppings the pizza crust has absolutely no flavor. The sauce is spicy. The toppings are plentifull, but the overwhelming flour like taste of the dough just destroys otherwise well constructed pizza.
At one point a couple years ago, they were my go to pizza place and then something changed. I gave them another try tonight and still something’s changed.

Order was messed up, nothing crazy but wrong toppings. Called once home and they apologized and offered the incorrect pizza free on next order. Denied having said that and not willing to honour despite large order being placed as well.
In the end pizza is ok but customer service is lacking. If you mess up an order, make it right and stand by your word.

I ordered 2Lb of wings from Tito’s Pizza, but only received less than 1.5 pounds. When I called to address the issue, the staff was extremely rude and said they don’t give wings by weight, but only by the number of pieces(7). If that’s the case, why do they advertise wings by pound? Disappointing service and misleading advertising. Staff should be apologetic and should not be rude. I don’t recommend this place to any one. Worst Experience… Robby’s Pizza & Wings are hands down the best - always consistent and great quality!

Waited 15 min in store before someone noticed us standing at the counter. Pre ordered for 6pm at around 4pm. They gave one of our orders to another customer who brought it back and they were going to serve it to us. Said they’d make a new pizza and made 5 others before remaking ours. Offered no apology or compensation just said much busy with order. Pizza isn’t properly cooked as cheese is still separated. Disappointed

This location has gone significantly down hill in recent years. It used to be our go-to for pizza in St. George 5 or 6 years ago, but now the pizza is tasteless and they often screw up the order. They're really skimpy on toppings and the crust is really flat, bland and hard. There are way better options than Tito's around. Don't bother with this place.

So went in and purchased the last three slices that was in the display. Asked to get the slices warmed up and got a rude look. The girl had one latex glove on her right hand as she was preparing orders while I waited for my slices to be warmed up. She coughed in her hand that had no glove on and grabbed a paper plate to place my slices on. With her bare hand she squeezed my slices down and placed them in one take out bag. I mentioned to her that she coughed in her hand and touched my plate and pizza in which she said she never did. I asked for my money back and she said no. So she called me a liar and also wouldn’t return my money. I left the pizza on the counter and left. I don’t recommend this place if they’re gonna be this nasty and call their customers a liar. I will never go back to this place and I hope that they never get business again. Total shame this place is.

I don't like giving bad reviews but the pizza we had had 1 piece of pepperoni per slice. The sauce had no flavor at all. As well the crust wasn't fully cooked.

I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas for pick up and I was charged $35.02. I was told that this was a 2 for 1 deal over the phone so I didn’t think much of it at the time.
Today, I was looking to order again and I went on their website and saw that you can pay $37.99 for 3 large pizzas and a 2L bottle pop!
I tried calling them to ask why they did not explain that to me the first time I ordered and they could not give me a straight answer just “sorry”.
It’s pretty disappointing since this place is supposed to have good reviews.

I used to order from here at least once a month. Ordering online is much easier, but it comes with a flaw.. they sometimes don’t start making your order until you arrive. It has happened at least three times in the past year. If this is the case, they rush your order, and it usually tastes terrible. The food is usually decent, depending on who makes it. They definitely need better training and better attention spans.

I hate writing a bad review......but I honestly feel it's needed in this case.The wings and pizza were both completely terrible.The pizza was way under cooked and the wings actually smelled like garbage juice. I had to throw everything out.I would actually feel better knowing that they purposely messed this up, surely nobody who actually cares could screw up this bad!Shockingly bad!
