“In searching for a non-chain and local place to get wings, I was a bit hesitant to order from here - typically, we've had bad and inconsistent experiences with small "local" shops. We took a chance here after reading some VERY good reviews. We're also a sucker for a feel good story, and this couple seemed like their customer service (and wings) were too good to pass up.

Well, let me tell you, the reviews are all 100% accurate! The wings are great - big, well-breaded (not too much/little) and sauced properly (I worked at Wild Wing in high school, I'm a sauce snob). We also took a flyer on the butter chicken, and it was also great. That said, their real crowning achievement was how genuinely friendly and welcoming they were. These are people that love the community they work (and I assume live) in, and truly appreciate the business they get.

If you're thinking about ordering wings from here, do it.

“I was waiting in the parking lot and while waiting I observed a man (owner mb) bring pizza out from the restaurant to a car with an elderly couple in it. They were surprised, it was a really nice gesture. As I waited I'd hear laughter and smell the food and I got a real sense of "family restaurant" so I decided to order.... all I can say is "WOW" the pizza was fresh, hot, perfectly cooked, sauced and topped! It was for me hands down the best pizza I have ever eaten! I wish I knew about Magic Pizza sooner! Thank you!“

I waited about 20 minutes or so and while I was wondering why, I didn't ask. I didn't complain. I didn't display any negative energy. Finally, my pizza comes out..with a second pizza. The nice lady explained they accidentally made the first one wrong and so I could have the second one too. I was naturally very happy but to make it even better - they also gave me a coupon for a free large pizza for next time! These kind souls did this out of nothing more than having a pure heart. If you’re like me and don’t like the parmesan-oregano seasoning on the Big New Yorker, you have to call the customer service number to request they remove it because there is no option to request it on the website. My suggestion is have the website show all toppings so we can decide exactly how we want it without having to go through the hassle of calling customer service after we place our order.“

I had a great experience at this pizza place! The worker was very friendly and provided excellent service. He was respectful, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable. He was also quick with our order and kept a smile on his face the whole time. As for the pizza, it was absolutely delicious—the dough was soft, and the ingredients were fresh. I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for great food and top-notch service. Big thanks to the worker for his kindness! I’ll definitely be coming back.“

Today Nov 17th at around 1:30pm we came for a birthday pizza and the lady serving me was really nice!
She was happy to make my pizza with 7 toppings I requested and did so with a smile which made me feel very comfortable :)
She even wished me Happy Birthday and included a birthday card :)

“Today i ordered from verona pizza for the first time for a retirement luncheon for my wife. First i would like to say it will be my go to pizza place going forward !!! I ordered 6 large pizzas and all were delicious as they had lots of toppings and were cooked to perfection and had great flavour. They were also priced reasonably (good value for what you get unlike alot of other restaurants these days) The staff (owners and others) were great to deal with from my first contact until i picked the pizzas up Keep up the great pizzas and service“

“Best wings I’ve had in a while. They were light and crispy, not oily or greasy at all. My preference is a dry rub and they had the flavour (Cajun) I prefer in stock (a lot of places don’t and won’t change their menu or reorder it so they have it in stock) and they were delicious. They’re a bit on the pricey side for my pocket book, I’ll just have to limit my trips to get them.“

“I'm very confused by all of the negative comments about this location. We have been ordering from here for about 7 years and have never received a bad order. Always fresh and delicious food. I ordered an xl with double cheese and pepperoni once and the driver came with 2 xl pizzas explaining that they forgot the extra cheese on the first one, made another correctly and sent both at no extra charge. Always polite and great customer service from staff at the store and the drivers.“

“A friend of mine and her son went to eat here Monday night. My first time at that location. It started out badly, very badly, the young, long haired, blond bartender was rude and unprofessional. Peyton, Bob and Theodora turned it around for us and with their eager to rectify approach helped turn a very negative experience into a positive one. Peyton was understanding, tentative to my concerns and genuinely wanted to help. Bob was amazing. He came to us with a genuine approach, listened to our issues. We felt heard and respected, in the end, found a reasonable solution we all were happy with. As we were leaving, Theodora held the door for us as she was coming into her shift with a bright beautiful smile, respectful and genuinely nice. These 3 are a great representation of amazing service that should be emulated by the ENTIRE staff, as well as IMO, a lot of establishment's are lacking. “Pretty good pizza and breadsticks. We really disliked the chicken dishes though. The "delivery charge" of $5.50 is crazy and it does NOT go to the drivers. These junk fees make for a bad experience especially when the prices here are very high. This place is worth a try but save yourself over $12 (junk fee + tip) by not getting delivery. It's not worth it.“
