The last couple times we have been in have been less than great. Nothing like getting cold chicken wings when there are only 2 other tables. Times are hard for restaurants, but they are not making it any easier for themselves...
the food wasn't hot. the order was not correct and instead of correct it our waitress told us it was correct--when the wings were clearly breaded. the gravy (and everything else) was room temp so don't waste your money on the poutine upgrade. and there were 2 other tables the entire time we were there, so they don't suck because they're busy. I don't know what the deal was but I will never spend my money on this again. $120, and the order wasn't correct or hot. significantly disappointing!Kid-friendliness:...read full review

Excellent service, very quiet and relaxed atmosphere, didn't feel rushed to leave after finishing food, so I could sit and finish my drink after a very good filling meal. Great variety of wing flavours, and unlimited fountain drinks. Worth a visit.
