Consistently horrible service. On multiple occasions they get orders wrong. I have asked for a specific item at the cash after being told they had the item only to be disappointed 30 secs later. Simple things are apparently rocket science at this location. Avoid if possible.
The manager Kim and her staff are all wonderful! Thank you for all you do! Worth the drive to this small town Tim's for excellent customer service. Staff actually say "you're welcome" instead of "no problem" ;)

Tim Hortons is a clean, friendly spot with a pleasant new interior. The morning crew is phenomenal, engaging with regular customers. The staff is friendly and the store is popular with seniors in the morning. The service is quick and attentive. The wonderful smiling friendliness of the staff greets all the customers with fantastic customer service. The drive-through team delivers perfect orders with a smile. However, the menu has limited options for those with food allergies. The food was the best prepared at a Tim Hortons, but the breakfast menu can be unclear for items with eggs.
