Really can't beat A&W onion rings. If you're not upgrading your fries you're missing out. Pair it with honey to dip and you have a winning combo.
Came by for Chubby Chicken combo with my wife. We had a coupon but forgotten it at home... the cashier was kind enough to still help us out to get a deal!
The sandwich itself was good but seems like their Chubby Chicken has been working out, not as chubby as I would have liked.

Our teen burger came slathered with mayonnaise instead of teen sauce. When we asked for it to be fixed they said that's because they were out of teen sauce. They refused to remake it and made us pay for a new burger. Sent in a website complaint and also got the cold shoulder. Insane

Used to love A&W. Definitely isn’t the same as it used to be. Ordered a Mozza Combo with onion rings. Firstly, $17 for such a small burger and onion rings is crazy. But on top of that, it had the most overcooked greasy bacon possible. Onion rings were barely even room temperature and while ordering just overall felt like I was being rushed.
Definitely won’t return here.

I ordered a dbl toasted bacon and egg on an English muffin and an order of onion rings. They asked me to pull forward and wait so they could make fresh egg. I said no problem, I waited 10 minutes... when I finally got my food the bacon and egger was so greasy that there was a puddle of grease in the takeout packageing ... the onion rings was one solid blob ...I only could pull out two onion rings separately... everything else was stuck together... everything was horrible. I will not be returning... ever!

I have received completely different order, this is the second time this happened. Ordered vegan options, got beef patties and bacon instead. Please keep track of orders so that such issues don't arise repeatedly.
