The old morning guy cashier is rude and doesn't treat customers politely. I’ve been to the store a few times but i will never be coming back. He seems to not liking his job. I’d rather go to A&W just right across the mall.

One of the times we came here, we had terrible service, the person at the front desk was very rude. The food is old. And the person at the front desk lied to me and my friend’s face saying that the Coke we paid for was small and was $1.00 but we paid for regular which was $2.59. He purposely did not give us the receipt. Then when my friend asked for the receipt to see the actual price, he gave her the receipt that did not show the total of the meal. Don’t come here it’s a total scam

The cashier hand me a small cup of the coke. And I paid for the regular coke. Then he said that I paid for the small size it wasn’t true. He was holding the receipt trying to hide from me. It is just a coke. But get in my nerves is the lie and he was trying to hide the receipt from me.

The overall dining experience at A&w lambton mall exceeded my expectations. It's evident that they take pride in delivering not just a meal, but a memorable culinary journey. I highly recommend to anyone seeking a top-notch burger experience. I'll undoubtedly be returning for more soon!
Messed up the entire order, missed things, no customer service. Fr how can y'all mess up so bad you're in the MALL I understand you hate your life but at least make the food right
My first review ever, but i walked up to the counter and the little lady there was sitting on a little sink or table in the corner on here phone at 6pm scrolling through tik toks, i my self work in the food industry so i was curious on how long it would take here to notice, it took her about 5 mins then she casually looked up and just said hi whats your order, i the. Gave a free buddy burger coupon i got with a purchase of a pack of sugar cane root beers and ask for only ketchup n cheese. They ended up having what felt like a 10 minute debate over wheter its valid or not. I point out during it that it says it on the ones there selling but nope didnt listen to me. So after they finnaly kept staring at me and talking about it they finnaly forked a free buddy burger over, the kitchen wasnt happy about it looked like and to top it off i guess they completly forgot that i asked for only ketchup so i guess they were to full of them selfs. I did order more but that atleast went normal thankfully
