The man working (not sure if owner or who) was nice and polite, but it’s really gross that sandwiches are made with bare hands. Doesn’t matter if you’ve been in business forever or doing things a certain way forever. Food safety is food safety, at the very least gloves should be worn. This alone will most likely deter me from returning
I didn't take a picture as I was too involved with this monster pile of meat. Great sandwhich, great service with a sense of humour. Highly recommend if you feel for a sandwhich.
Alfie’s Deli is such a hidden gem in Sarnia! I stopped by for a quick bite and was seriously impressed. The sandwiches are loaded with fresh deli meats, and everything tasted super fresh and flavorful. I had the assorted sub with a bit of spice — absolutely perfect! The staff was really friendly and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a go-to spot if you’re craving a classic, no-fuss, delicious sandwich.
