Always friendly service from the lady at the counter whom we have seen many times. The food and atmosphere are good...however the bathrooms are extremely cold.. there did not appear to be any heat in there at all...water was also cold and this is unacceptable given the time of year.

This Arby's is always spotlessly clean. Ordered 2 med beef n cheddar but pretty sure we got regular as we always get the same thing. Was a line up or would have questioned it. A bit pricey for what we got supposedly 2 med beef n cheddar 2 curly fries and 2 drinks. $28 give or take.

The (older) lady behind the counter is excellent!! Makes suggestions, asks about your meal, took my garbage from me!! Never seen that in a fast food!! The kitchen help al yell out thanks when you ring the bell!!
I stopped by very close to closing and ordered 4 meals and from customer service to the food is all fantastic and amazing.
I was not aware that arbys was open and needed something delicious to eat before bedtime.
Best customer service and food from the entire staff this evening.

Love their sandwiches and always have the 2/$9,10,11? This time it was. Beef,cheese and onion rings. Service, I found a bit slow, but all these take outs are more interested in drive in rather than walk-ins. You will always get faster service sitting in your wheels rather than parking them. Counter service was excellent once the drive-ins were serviced. Drive-ins only get 1 shot , but inside diners are known to go back for more or take an order home with them.
