This is the best coffee shop I have ever been to! The coffee is delicious truly one of the best I have ever had, and the desserts and breakfast bagels are amazing. The staff are so sweet and the owners are amazing people. Would definitely recommend going this is my favourite place!

Blackwater Coffee is absolutely amazing! The owners are incredible and truly go above and beyond for both their customers and the local community. They’re always supporting other local businesses and even created a special branded Dream Home coffee for us this year, which was such a thoughtful touch!
Their space is warm, welcoming, and collaborative, I love popping in to chat with the staff and customers. The atmosphere is always so positive and genuine. And of course, I can’t forget to mention how good their coffee is! They take their craft and roasting process seriously, and it shows in every cup.
I love this business and everyone involved. Sarnia is lucky to have them!

I loved the vibe inside and would love to come back to sit down and do some work/spend some time here. When the weather's nice, the front windows open up, and the boundary between indoor/outdoor space is blurred; amazing!
While I was getting my beans, I decided to try their Vietnamese Iced Coffee, since that is primarily what I've been making at home and mostly intended to make with these beans. Somehow, their version tasted WAY better than I've ever made it at home; I have no idea how.

We wanted to avoid starsucks as our last coffee stop before hitting the states. Blackwater was a great find. The downtown has a gritty but charming vibe.
The doors at Blackwater were open and a DJ was cranking out some excellent tribal edm/house tunes. The staff was friendly and chatty, the coffee totally on point.
If I lived closer I’d be there every weekend.

Stopped in and tried both the mocha latte and cappuccino—absolutely fantastic! The mocha latte had just the right balance of chocolate and espresso, rich but not too sweet. The cappuccino was perfectly crafted, with smooth foam and bold flavor that shows they really care about their coffee. The café itself has such a cozy, welcoming vibe, and the staff were super friendly. If you’re visiting Sarnia, this is definitely a must-visit spot!
I purchase in house roasted coffee beans here. They have several different roasts to suit your tastes , they will grind it to your specific needs. A great spot for a cup of excellent coffee. It is in the heart of downtown Sarnia. There is limited seating inside and outside.
