How not to run a restaurant right here.
Got Boston pizza through Uber Eats during my stay in Sarnia for the Bluewater BorderFest weekend. My order was very late and they sent me an expired $10 coupon with Xmas trees on it. Lol expired March 31st
I can't remember the servers name but she was very friendly
If you enjoy the sports bar diner type experience this place is for you food is fairly good. A bit pricey though. Sometimes takes a bit longer to get served your food.
Our server was amazing right on top of everything helped us celebrate my son's success with success!

Very poor service. Waited 45 mins and never got any food. Took 15 mons to get order taken. Obviously no one was running rhie kitchen. Walked out after 35 minutes
My mother bit into a wrap that had a metal nail in it at the Boston Pizza on Exmouth St on September 19th. They requested to keep the nail to investigate yet when I called that evening it had been thrown out. When I spoke to the owner the following day asking for the nail he stated in an abrasive and disturbing tone that it wasn’t our nail to have and that their $50 gift card and meal comped was suffice. Within that month she lost her front tooth from what her dentist described as a vertical fracture from biting into a metal object. She is now spending thousands to fix a tooth that never had any issues prior. Her self esteem has plummeted which has affected every aspect of her life and the ones around her. They were given the opportunity to go through their insurance and take accountability to fix this yet their response was that they’ve done enough.
I had the game day special pigeon wings, $10 for 5…. The worst wings I had all year hands down… even the veg on the side looked like scraps from stuff being chopped for soup. I wish I took a pic. The beer was cold and bubbly and over priced.

I don't understand how the pita tasted better that the pizza dough. The ''tour of Italy " was bland, disappointing, because the pictures looked good, chicken was hard and had no flavor.
Always a good time with the ladies and gentlemen at the Sarnia location!

Absolute worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Server blatantly ignored our table.

I attended my best friends surpirse birthday dinner at the end of October. At the end of the night my waitress did not ask me how I was paying but instead handed me the debit machine which I thought was odd because I usually pay cash but I was okay to use my card. She had it to the screen that said tap or insert now and I thought okay she skipped the tip portion so I was leave a cash tip on the table. My niece asked me how much my bill came to after and that is when I noticed that the receipt she gave me for my food total was less than my debit receipt. She added her own tip (20%) on my meal and gave me the machine to pay. I am not disputing a tip, I was going to tip anyway but I find this very inappropriate to add your own tip without the patron knowing. I have never been to an establishment that did this ever. I will think twice before heading back.
