The WiFi was out and so we placed an online order. Sat there for 30 min and finally asked what was going on with our order. She said they never received it. So she took a picture of it from our phone then started to prepare our order. Didn't even inquire the whole time we were sitting there. And we were the ONLY customers.... yikes now I know why

The restaurant was unclean, and the staff appeared unprofessional, moving slowly without any enthusiasm or welcoming energy. After placing my order, I noticed that the cooking and food preparation areas were dirty, with grease and leftover food scattered around. The chicken burger I ordered was disappointing—it was made with two small chicken fingers instead of a proper piece of chicken. Worse, the chicken was fried in old, dirty oil that was too cold for cooking, making the burger excessively greasy and giving it an unpleasant, over used oil taste that lingered of everything else cooked in the same fryer. Overall, the experience was very poor. I would not return here and strongly advise others to avoid it as well. The owners should take more ownership of their investment or do the community a service and close the doors permanently!

They told me that they are selling halal meat but when I asked for certificate he called his friend for the certificate who send a FAKE certificate taken from google. When I asked him to refund me he refused So be careful if you are a MUSLIM

I love a good burger.... sadly this was not. First when the debit machine didn't work the person who was behind the counter did not take their food gloves off then went back to making our food. Which is in proper food handling .This burger was over done and dry the bun was hard like it was out over night. Our orders were wrong and then when asked for a refund (which I would never do but in this case it was unedible) we were rudely told no refunds.
Well off to my next burger 🍔 and pizza 🍕 adventure. Need less to say I will never return to this location. And please avoid this place so you don't get sick 🤢

First day we ordered a poutine through uber eats and received fries with gravy….no cheese.
Ordered the second day for 5 staff members. The burgers were a complete mess and the grilled chicken burger was raw.
I called the store to resolve this issue and they advised they will not issue a refund…FOR RAW CHICKEN.
They hung up on me twice while trying to get this resolved and advised they will have the manager return my call in 5 minutes and I never heard back.
Horrible service and very unprofessional.
The fact I could have gotten food poisoning and they are taking it with a grain of salt is unacceptable.

I'd give this a 3.5 stars. Kids enjoyed most of what they got of their food but there was just too much wrong with the order... wrong sauce was packed, fries weren't there from the combo, attendant wasn't even sure what the order was. However, they did agree to refund missing item even if i couldn't make it back to the store, so that was a plus.

I ordered the chicken tenders and fries. The tenders were really good, I like the seasoning and the crispy breading. However the fries left a lot to be desired. They were mostly little nubs, some were really hard/stale, while others were just okay, but none were good. The gravy was thin and salty, but not the worst I've had. I also got an Oreo milkshake and it definitely wasn't worth the price. The food is way too expensive to just be okay. Also, it took almost 30 minutes to get the food when I was the only one in the restaurant. On the plus side, I think the vibe of the restaurant is nice.

$30 for a burger, jalapeno poppers and a drink. Jalapeno poppers were decent but the burger was dry, overcooked and even burnt on the outside of the patty. Tasted very bland and couldn’t really tell if the mushrooms and grilled onions i paid extra for were on there. Wouldn’t come back

I had a very disappointing experience at Burger Factory in Sarnia. The burgers are seriously overpriced for what you get—nothing special, just average taste with a fancy name and a big price tag. To make things worse, the service was absolutely worthless—slow, disorganized, and completely inattentive. It felt like the staff didn’t care about the customers at all.
Honestly, it was a waste of time and money. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are far better burger spots in town where you’ll get real value and respectful service. Save your money and skip this one.
