Fresh, juicy, delicious… Three precise words to describe my experience at this Burger factory in Sarnia. My compliments to chef Alvi. It was cooked to perfection. Will be back for Funnel cake.

Would honestly give this 0 stars.
When asked about their patties, they had no clue as to what ingredients were made in their patties. And told me that yes, there was wheat, in fact, in their patties. But they served gluten, free burger buns. When it comes to allergens, they should know very well. What ingredients are and what products? Customer service was terrible, looked at me like they had no idea when I asked them a question. Out of gluten free bus so offers me a lettuce wrap, preceded to gu e me almost an entire head of lettuce with my burger! And was given the wrong burger cover with jalapeños when I specifically stated none! And then refused to give me money back when I refused to eat the giant salad they gave me. When I refused to leave, had to call the manager to fix it. Disappointed.

Look at the greasy not cleaned Grill, Days old Fryer, same spatula to clean junk and flip burgers, floor & counter space dirty, hood have plenty of build up, server not wearing hairnet and no temp checks to see if the meat is cooked thoroughly or not ..... List can go on but you get the point ..... Thats how you kill a brand

Do yourself a favour, stay away from this place. Expensive cold food, took 53 minutes to get three burger combos and the place was not busy. Dirty tables, dirty bathrooms, garbage bin in dining area full and overflowing. I should have followed my instincts and left as soon as I walked in. If I could give less than a one star rating I would. There is a Health Unit inspection pass in the window from November 2024, obviously the Health Unit needs to go back and take another look around.

Food was allright totally forgot my order when I went to pick it up had to wait an extra 20 mins and no apology.....an update: opens the food and even worse than originally thought totally soggy from sauce burger was wrapped in the wrong side of the wrapper for some reason and fry portions for burgers are 1/3 of what they are for chicken nuggets also more expensive in restraunt than menu on the internet

The employees will run this place to the ground. Service is decling faster than my hairline and that’s saying something. Cleanliness, service, quality everything is questionable. Employees simply don’t care. Owner needs to come down here more often for audits before it is too late for this business.

I always like the burger factory's food but this time I hate customer service I would say it's worst there were two girls who were so rude the don't know how to behave with customers very bad customer service if owner really care about restaurant they should hire someone with good customer service skill i would say pathetic customer service skill

This place should be shutdown immediately. I ordered a regular cheese burger. It took like 30 minutes to get it and once I got it, it was a cold bun with some toppings and sauce with no beef patty or cheese. I took it back to the employee and asked for a refund and she started fighting and arguing with me saying they don't give refunds? I don't ever right bad reviews but this is crazzzzy. I didn't receive my refund btw. Think twice before going here.
I can get passed anything other than unfriendly service. We ordered fries, burger, and a cheesesteak sandwich. We attempted to also get funnel cakes but there were none available. As we sat there eating we had a whole discussion on how customer service affects how you feel about the food. At the minimum a small smile or maybe a hello, it seriously goes a long way.

Have been here twice and have just not enjoyed the food either time. Both times there is an issue with timing on the burger and fries, so you get a hot burger with cold fries or vice versa, but most disappointing is that the burgers don’t taste seasoned. The first visit was close to the opening of the store where we gave the benefit of the doubt, but the second time as well it is like eating plain ground beef on a bun, no seasoning, no binding to help with moisture, it’s just ground beef with nothing to enhance the taste. We ordered from Uber eats as well recently since there was a buy 1 get 1 offer but the food took over 50 minutes to come and the 2 cold cans of pop were put into the same bag as the fries, so the fries were extremely cold once they got to us. Hope to see improvement in this restaurant and will try it again further into the future once there have hopefully been improvements made.

My go to for burgers in Sarnia is usually Burger Rebellion but I've been wanting to try the Burger Factory since it game to Sarnia so tonight was the night. I got the beef bacon burger and my partner got the machine with fries, I got the tornado fries. Both of us were left feeling disappointed with the the food. I ordered this to pick up so I don't know why it wasn't hot but the temperature of the food was really disappointing. The tornado fries had potential to be good but they were cold and the burger we could tell that it was real beef and it had the potential to be good as well but it was also the cold and I'm the one who likes to have my food hot so this was disappointing to say the least but at least I can say tried. Back to Burger Rebellion for us.

The burger was good but our fries tasted like they had been deep fried multiple times. They were stale and very chewy. There were spiderwebs everywhere. And their LED lights were falling off the walls.
