Ordered a large fry and a chicken burger with NO mayonnaise and paid extra for cheese to be put in it and sauce on the side for my fries. Not only did they put extra mayonnaise on my chicken burger they didn’t add cheese and gave me a small fries without the sauce I paid for.

Best BK in Sarnia! I have not visited the restaurant but every delivery order has been hot, fresh and correct. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was one of the best if not the best fast food chicken sandwich I have had. Tons of flavour, great spice level and crispy from the first bite to the last. Highly recommend!

Best burger king location in sarnia! Had to alter my review to 1 star. This is due me placing an order on the app. Was told they did not recieve our order and we were charged twice, with the option of being charged a 3rd time if we wanted them to make the order. Im very disappointed. We routinely drive 20 minutes out of our way to go to this specific burger king because prior to this we had excellent experiences. Needless to say we will never place an order using the app again. And especially will not be returning until BOTH charges are promptly reversed. Extremely disappointed and upset about this experience.

I waited at least 5 minutes in line with my young kids. We were the only people in the restaurant in line. Both workers were busy making orders for the drive thru and while they made eye contact, they never acknowledged that we were there. No smile, no one moment please, nothing, so we felt like we were inconveniencing them and we left. Would not recommend and will not be returning.
