Man the new kids working there have no clue. I got the meltdown burger and I ask the kid can I get the beer cheese dip on the side due to its a take out. The kid end up trying to charge me $2.50. I have got my meltdown beer cheese dip on the side before, all I was asking for was not put the dip on the burger and put the dip in a case and the kid wanna charge me $2.50 plus I explained it to the kid. This kid told me it's the owners rules. That kid needs better training. This was in sarnia the photo show you all the detail. Thank you for the reply

Food is great when eating in, but little success with takeout. Last time our order was wrong, and this time we picked up the food before scheduled pickup time, but it was all cold, and the hotdogs were undercooked and cold in the centre. Definitely eat-in only.

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER So as everyone can see below, the owner got back to me saying he can make it right today. I emailed him on February 14th with order details and today it's Feb 18th and I haven't heard anything back. Original review: It's bloody raw. As soon as I bit into the burger, I noticed a funky stank and raw blood taste in my mouth. I spat it out, ripped the beef patty in half and it was raw. It smelled so bad, like an opened pack of ground beef. The fries were also terrible, soaked in oil, soggy and inedible. Shame on the cook that prepared this in the evening of Feb 13th.

It’s nice that they have an option, but the burger tasted and looked like it was boiled rather than grilled or fried, and the only vegan bun is the gluten free option which tasted as bad as it sounds. The fries were tasty but you might want some paper towels to soak up the grease.

The best burger place we have been to. The fries are amazing. Inside the refined fool brewery, you can grab a burger and a beer.

Incredible service by all the staff!! They went out of there to make sure we were happy with the food and experience. They even sang Happy Birthday to my mother !! ❤️❤️. Amazing food and service!! We definitely be back!!

I'm torn because I've had really good food in the past, but the last two times we've come have been disappointing. Burnt fries and burgers to unfriendly staff has left a bit of a bad taste.
It certainly isn't the quality that was what we had in the past.

food was extremely mid and came out slow. was getting weird stares from people. cute decor but i would never come back. never even finished my poutine. maybe sarnia doesn’t have many food options because there’s no way a place like this should have a 4 point something star rating. it was just genuinely not good at all.

Have had the interrogator a few times now and unfortunately the bun is always very chewy and sponge like. Meat patty itself is a little underwhelming in flavour. Chips also seem to be hit or miss and not very consistent being either crispy or chewy and soft. Hoping they can get back to their old identity and consistency.
