So 4 Adult, 3 children the bill was amazing $ 250.00 fantastic
I highly recommend Chuck’s ( Canadian franchise ) and the steaks the best !

Chucks is our go to spot! We eat here often and have never had a bad meal. The food is delicious, the prices are very affordable and we always receive service with a smile. Tonight we went for rib night and I was blown away by how tender and delicious the ribs were. You can’t go wrong at Chucks!

My husband and I have been going to chucks frequently for the last few months. We bring our son who loves the staff and atmosphere you also can’t go wrong with 4$ beers from 11am-4pm. My husband has had every steak on the menu and his favourite by far is the 10 ounce with sweet potatoes fries. We love their chicken quesadilla, calamari, Montreal smoked meat sandwiches and so much more! 100% recommend

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Chuck’s Roadhouse in Sarnia, and I feel compelled to share it. The food was absolutely terrible. The so-called “veggie nachos” were a joke—they had meat crumbled up on top, and there were no veggies in sight. If they’re supposed to be veggie nachos, why is there meat on them in the first place? To make matters worse, the meat was pink, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe.

The chicken was also a huge letdown. It was dry and hard, like it had been sitting out for hours, with barely any sauce on it. Not to mention, my drink had what looked like a fruit fly in it. When I brought it up to the staff, they claimed it was just “something from the bar.” Whether it’s a bug or not, that response was disgusting and unprofessional. If something is wrong, it should be fixed, not argued about.

What really made this experience worse was the lack of any attempt to make things right. There was no compensation, no apology—just a dismissive attitude. I used to love this place, but after this experience, I will never return. If they’d handled the situation properly, without the hassle and with some sort of resolution, maybe I would’ve considered coming back. Very disappointed, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone anymore.

Service was not good. Waitress forgot my meal. We were larger group and my meal was forgotten.Gave me Xtra pc of chicken instead of offering discount/comp meal.When time to pay,she was so confused who paid/who didn't.She never came back to table during meal to ask if anyone wanted refill on drinks.

“Chuck’s is an absolute disgrace. The washrooms are the filthiest I’ve ever seen, especially for a place with regular customers. It’s clear the owners either don’t care about basic hygiene, couldn’t care less about their customers, or both. If Sarnia wasn’t such a dump itself, this place would’ve shut down years ago. I can’t even imagine the disgusting state of the kitchen if this is how they keep the rest of the place. The lack of care has been obvious since day one, and the service is just as terrible. You’re getting exactly what you’d expect from a place that has zero standards.”

Today we visit at CHUCK’S. It was such a wonderful experience. The food was great but at the end of the day when you go out for a restaurant, you want to have a good time and I have to mention
The service was amazing our sweet waitress cindy made the experience even better. She was so kind and quick I felt at home.

Very bad experience. I called before coming to confirm if they are still open until 12. They confirmed that they can still take guest. We arrived at 11 not even greeted and asked us that they are no longer taking customers as their kitchen is closing. They could have told me 15mins ago when I called them. Waste of time!

I order the surf and turf with mashed potatoes, the steak was cold along side with the iced potatoes, but some how managed to over cook the lobster by a mile stone. They offered to remake the steaks but only after I paid my bill and everyone else rate their food. I was never given any option to order anything else .They offered nothing to support their business failing a customer or anything to try and ease the situation. Will never come back here due to the unwillingness to express fault for actions besides blaming the chef.

Sizzler was half an order, now going to Wendy's. Three burgers were completely burnt, so much that a 10 year old refused to eat it. Will never be back to this one and we love Chucks.
