Went to Chuck's Roadhouse Sarnia on Oct 9, 2025. Everything about the experience was horrible. Food was not good. Ordered flatbread bruschetta - which came out with hardly any tomatoes on it. I even had the waitress look at the amount of tomatoes on this order. Also ordered nachos, which was cooked way to long and hardly any toppings.
Service was extremely slow. Our waitress had way too many tables to cover and couldn't give good service. Was waiting constantly to get drinks ordered and reordered.
Too top it all off the bathrooms were disgusting. First toilet wasn't flushed, 2nd toilet had a feminine product sitting on the garbage contraption in the stall and the third toilet, the toilet seat was barely hanging on the loose screws.
Was disappointed we choose this restaurants over better restaurants in Sarnia. Definitely wont be going back to this location ever again.

Our server was outstanding—her recommendations were spot on, and the food arrived promptly. She consistently checked in to ensure we were satisfied and had everything we needed. Service was slow and waiter didn’t give me an option to tip, instead he tipped himself on the machine and gave the machine to us. We were drunk, realized later. That’s bad faith.

Went for a friend's birthday on Sept 1st. The server was killer, we just had burgers and apps... a little pre-game before tequila. It was really good time with great prices.

This place is great. It has the best customer service I’ve ever seen. The waitress was so nice. The food is okay. When my brother got fish and chips there was a soggy spot on it and it tasted kind of gross but the waitress was apologizing and she made sure that we didn’t have to pay for it. Also, she gave us some free ice cream. She said that she just wanted to make sure we had a good time and enjoyed our meals. 👍😁
