Upon first glance this seemed like a nice spot to meet some friends and have a sandwich. The toasted turkey avacado was quite delicious. I used the washroom and noticed they don’t have doors, but didn’t think much of it…until I’m back at my table eating and can hear every nuance of a lady taking a bowel movement. The splashing, the wiping, the flushing. All I could think about was the amount of airborne bacteria from the toilets that must contaminate the very table I was sitting at along with the food I was eating. I immediately left without finishing my meal. It just seems strange and unhygienic.

They need more vegan food options! Lots of people don't eat eggs. Even if there was 1 vegan muffin option it would be super appreciated!!! Our family loves this place. Great to sit down and have a beverage in an actual mug ?

Met my friend at the London road location last night at 6:30. The girl behind the counter clearly did not want to be at work as she was not very friendly. She never cracked a smile all night. My friend asked what toppings were on the brownie, and after a sigh and a shrug she pulled it out to show us. She then threw the plate on the counter and rung her in without even speaking. I then ordered a hot chocolate to which was also just thrown on the counter. I was not offered whipped cream or cinnamon or anything of the toppings they usually offer. After receiving our order we looked for a table that didn’t have dirty dishes on it. (Which was none). No one offered to clear us a spot. We had to move dirty dishes off a booth by ourselves and no one cleaned a table the entire 2 hours we were there. Our table never even got wiped after we removed the dirty dishes. I watched 2 customers ask for the wifi which she was very hesitant to give out, like it was some big secret. It was not the usual cozy, comfy, welcoming environment we are used to so we were very disappointed.
