I love the blizzards from here. They used to have a banana cream pie one that was sooo good! Unfortunately, they no longer have it... Although I am sure they have all the ingredients they would need to make it so I am unsure why.. I wish they would put it back on the menu!!

Sarnia location has excellent service and products! Employees are very friendly and helpful. Went to the Chatham location and left. Poor service and prices extremely high on icecream cakes. So glad we made the trip to Sarnia.
Since this is the only Dairy Queen in the area, we go often. We only go for ice cream. More often than not the blizzards are VERY soft, mushy and melted. It’s happened several times. Doesn’t matter winter or summer. Not sure if machine not running properly, but compared to other Dairy Queen blizzards I’ve had, this is the only location where they texture is melted. Please check or replace your machines. This shouldn’t be happening.

2019 - Had a large order, so went to lobby, several customers served after me recieved their order first while I was left to wait. After driving home (20 mins outside town) when I set of dividing up orders my entire combo had been left out. Everyone else said the food was good.
2024 - Went back. Still disappointed. 15-20 minutes for a drive thru order. There were only 2 cars ahead of me when I ordered... Soggy flavorless buger
