GIANT shoutout to Melissa at East Side Mario’s Sarnia!!!
I ordered food online, there was a mix up with the driver, she requested a door dash driver to come and there was a mix up there.
Melissa had my food remade and personally drove it to me at work!!! 11/10 stars for customer service ❤️❤️

Went there Sunday for my grandsons birthday. we had 8 people. there were 5 empty tables when we got there. when I called I was told you can't reserve. we were told it would be 25 mins. ok....we waited. After 25 mins my son went and asked since we were staring at an empty table with 8 chairs. We are told it would be another 20 mins before we could be seated. Sarnia Eastside is absolutely horrible the bartender server is too busy socializing with staff to even get us a drink. From when we sat down to getting a beer was 38min on a Saturday at 3:00 it wasn’t busy at all. She just didn’t care about customers or the place she works for. When we were done ordering food we never seen her again, we have to flag a manager I assume to pay for dinner. Worst place ever!!
