Had dinner today 8:30 pm at table 32. Have to wait around 30 minutes no server showes up for order. Then server came and looks like she even don’t wanna take order . Very bad service by her , unprofessional. Will never came back again.

They promote all you can eat soup, salad and bread. Budda Boom Budda Bing / Mangia Mangia. But when you go to eat there they drop everything on your table all at once. We were not even done our soup yet and was never even offered salad yet and they were dropping the main dish/ entree on our table. The problem was that when we gave our order we asked specifically to not put in our main dish order till we enjoyed the soup and salad first. When we received everything at once we asked to speak to a manager. When the manager came over and we explained what had happened all he was concerned about was getting us out of the restaurant and filling the seat with new customers. He needs to go back to school and learn how to be a GOOD manager. Because his skill set is greatly lacking professionalism. They are more concerned with moving people in and out for profit than offering people a nice Italian dinner out. That’s what they promote but do not deliver at all. SHAME ON EASTSIDE MARIO’s They run a fast food business not an eat in Italian style dinner. Go to Olive Garden and learn how to run a good business. Being a border city you better hope Olive Garden never comes to Sarnia Ontario cause you guys will GO DOWN!!!!!!! Olive Garden does not rush there people through like cattle to make a profit. CANADIANS we have to start demanding better service and product from the industries out there. We payed $80 for this meal plus tip. That is a lot of money these days for a supper that we did not enjoy or able to enjoy all of it because of rotten service and greed on there part. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!! They are a greedy corporate business. With no respect for the customers.

There were ants crawling on our table. My mom started choking after seeing the ants come from the bread board. The manager was shown and knocked them on the floor before I could take a picture. But they did give us $10 off our meal on my mom's 75th birthday. After they brought us the bill. Our server was great she tried to make the best of it. Helped mom get cleaned up

I'll be honest - I gave up on East Side Mario's about 6 months ago after an outing to the south London location. Food was mediocre at best and the service was horrible. Waited forever just for someone to even acknowledge that we were even there. Then another lifetime for some bread and a salad, and after it finally made it to our table, no one ever asked if we wanted more. That's part of their gimmick, no? Unlimited salad and bread? Wanted to leave after waiting 45 min for a glass of water and salad. We felt like they did it on purpose. Do not dine at the south London location. Sarnia location - completely opposite and 200% better. Service was immediate, friendly and we had 2 rounds of salad/bread while the main course was being made. I wish I remembered the servers name, sorry, but she was excellent. Food was great. I don't understand how two locations could be so different. To the owners at the Sarnia location - if there's a business opportunity to buy the south London franchise, fire everyone and do it 'Sarnia style' ! You know how to run a successful business. To the south London restaurant - leave the country and never ever run a business again. Great job, Sarnia! I would literally drive an hour to eat there instead of patronizing London ever again.
