I'll be honest - I gave up on East Side Mario's about 6 months ago after an outing to the south London location. Food was mediocre at best and the service was horrible. Waited forever just for someone to even acknowledge that we were even there. Then another lifetime for some bread and a salad, and after it finally made it to our table, no one ever asked if we wanted more. That's part of their gimmick, no? Unlimited salad and bread? Wanted to leave after waiting...

Arrived at 5pm to a very busy restaurant. They seated us immediately at a booth in the back near the kitchen. Our server Brooklyn was excellent, very attentive and pleasant. We ordered the Amore for two, chicken pharm, & cheese cappelletti. Food was very good and plentiful. We commented several times on how the other servers and the manager helped each other to keep up with a very busy restaurant. There were several birthdays where the servers gathered to sing and then jumped...
