I received the wrong order due to the restaurant’s mistake, and as a third-party delivery driver, I was told they “don’t pay for drivers” and refused to take responsibility. This shows a complete lack of respect for drivers’ time, effort, and the role we play in helping their food reach customers. Drivers sacrifice mileage, fuel, and time to serve customers, yet the restaurant doesn’t value or support us when their own mistake happens. Very disappointing attitude toward the people who help keep their business running.
