The food was okay but the staff was terrible. I guess they are not used to getting a south asian customer there, there was this guy on the front end. I was there waiting to order but then he asked what I wanted from the sandwich station. He really thought that I was there for the doordash orders which I'd say is a bit racist imo. Also the food felt a little low on sauces and lacked flavour. Didn't feel welcomed even though they shouted welcome to the firehouse.

Ordered delivery for 2. The price was more than expected however I could clearly see that before deciding to continue my purchase. When the subs arrived, one was completely incorrectly made. I double checked to be sure the order was placed correctly, it was. I called firehouse to make them aware, stated that I would drive to them to arrange exchange of the incorrect sub for a correct sub the way I ordered. The woman I spoke with was not willing to correct their mistake or refund me. When asked what I am to do as this wasn't my error, I was told to take the items not wanted off! Nearly $60 was spent, only one sub could be eaten, rude employee, to say the very least I won't spend another cent here!

Never going back , made my order paid for extra cheese I got extra onions,said no Italian spices got spice..im done with this place,not 1rst time order a mess..waiting for 20min for a sub is ridiculous..$48 for 2 subs ,1 soup..is more ridiculous. Find English workers...well last night my husband and I have both been sick .food poisoning sick..this place sucks.

You may as well treat it like a sit down restaurant because it takes 20 minutes for them to make a sub. Walked right in, ordered a sub right away. 20 minutes to make it. If they went any slower I think they would start moving backwards.
