Personally I dont see why their donuts are famous, ive had 3 over 3 visits and every time they came stale or overcooked
Usually drive thru takes a while but the main issue for me is they have the weakest lids on their cups. I've drank coffee from timmies/mcdonalds and never had an issue but I've spilled Hot coffee all over my car from globals flimsy lids at least 3 times now

The slim elderly lady in a pink shirt taking the orders at the counter at 2pm today? Horrible. Went from having a terrible negative attitude to a facetious one right to my face. The sighs you made and your negative micro expressions stood out as I asked a simple question about your ice coffee and took 3 minutes to chose a 6 pack of donuts were not professional. I am ever so sorry to disturb you at work. The employee also snapped at your young co-worker making sandwiches for not having the right tea bags in the section, only for her to take one step to her right to fix the issue....you are a blight on this business and your attitude was embassing. You shouldn't be talking down to fellow employees or customers.
If you are the owner, you should retire. If you are a worker, you should be fired. I can only imagine how your co workers feel working with you. You probably have them in terror. Every other worker in there today had a smile and were acting like they wanted to be there, too bad you were there to ruin the vibe.
