Haven’t been to Harvey’s in a while but was excited to try the new jalapeño burger and I was very disappointed by my experience. Not only did my order take forever (the restaurant was almost empty so I’m not sure why); the burger was burnt; my other burger was non existent (I only received an empty box), no napkins or the sauce I asked for.
