Nasty kfc, me and my boyfriend went here and almost immediately after eating both of us felt very sick and he ended up throwing up a large box of popcorn chicken. Guessing they did not cook this properly as we got our food in a 5 minute timeframe. Staff was very rude as well, I highly recommend not coming here!

I walked out of KFC today because of how I was treated. I approached the counter and let the staff member know I wanted to use an online deal from the KFC app. As soon as I said that, she turned her back to me and bluntly told me to use my phone — no offer to help, no explanation, just dismissed me and walked away.
I was standing right there, ready to place an order, but apparently if you want to use a deal, you're no longer considered a customer worth speaking to. It’s frustrating and honestly a bit insulting.
I’ve seen other reviews saying the same thing — app-only deals you can’t use in-store, staff uninterested in helping, and a complete lack of personal service. What happened to talking to someone, placing your order, and feeling welcomed? This setup is anything but convenient or customer-friendly. It makes no sense, and it’s definitely not how you keep people coming back.

so from where to start! one of the best kfc i have ever went to i always order sandwiches and wings from them and got best of it every single time. the staff is soo friendly always tell us about on going promotions to get best price items. must try it and enjoy the good experience.

As we walked in front door we noticed a very large digital sign with specials on it. We ask for the 49.99 deal and the girl at counter said that is not valid deal but I said it is still posted and she should honor and then turn sign off. She told me she would call her manager and walked away and didn't return...very bad service. We weren't offered anything and the person at the counter never returned. I think we should have got the deal or been offered something for the trouble. I don't think I'll ever return

The chicken made me sick afterwards. The fries were okay not too bad but not the best. The chicken definitely needs to be cooked longer it was terrible.

Horrible food and horrible price, I got a large popcorn chicken, large stuffing and a small macaroni salad for $35. The chicken was cold and old, the stuffing was the worst thing I’ve ever tasted in my life I don’t know how much salt they put in there but you might as well just dump a bucket of salt into my mouth, the small macaroni was literally a kid size I don’t even think my 3 year old nephew would be full off that. Very very disappointed and will not be going back, I advise to whoever is reading this that you don’t go here either.

So we ordered a ten piece family feast meal. Not only did I get laughed at for getting my 10% discount for being a college student because I’m older but then we get home and there is only 8 pieces of chicken. Now if I took 2 pieces of chicken without purchasing that would be theft and I would be charged but if they (kfc) take two pieces from your meal that’s ok, I guess. I call, no answer… Thank you KFC
