I’m honestly surprised by the wide range of reviews for this location. I know food experiences can be subjective, but mine has consistently been positive here.
I don’t eat KFC as often as I used to — let’s be real, prices have gone up everywhere (an $8 gravy still stings). These days, I follow the deals because I have to be loyal to my wallet, not just the brand.
That said, I live right across from the other Sarnia location and have been disappointed too many times to count. So I go out of my way to visit this Confederation location — and here’s why: • The staff are consistently kind, professional, and welcoming. • The restaurant itself is cleaner and more inviting than most KFCs I’ve seen — especially the seating area. • The food? Always hot, crispy, and delicious. It reminds me of the old days, where you’d get a combo and peel the crispy skin off first because you just couldn’t wait.
If I ever have a concern, I speak to someone directly and it’s resolved without hassle. I can’t speak for others’ experiences — but I can say mine have been reliably great.
Five stars from me. ☺️

Went in just before 530 to order dinner. Restaurant had no sides available with any meals other than coleslaw. Was given half a box of fries with my Variety Bucket and the gravy was really watery for some reason. Just bad food
