So we ordered a ten piece family feast meal. Not only did I get laughed at for getting my 10% discount for being a college student because I’m older but then we get home and there is only 8 pieces of chicken. Now if I took 2 pieces of chicken without purchasing that would be theft and I would be charged but if they (kfc) take two pieces from your meal that’s ok, I guess. I call, no answer… Thank you KFC

I had a very bad experience with KFC today and how a customer is been treated. Initially I went inside the store to order 10 piece hot wings but the person who was on taking order (pavneet) said they don’t have any more wings (it was not even late, it was 8:15 pm, 3 hrs before closing)So I ordered two burgers and were asked to wait 12-15 mins. While I was waiting I thought of trying to order the same from my App and was shocked to see the order when through, were able see the each progress in the app. Then my burgers came, so I went out and came through the driveway and asked for my wings, they asked me to pull up front and they would bring it in few mins. Same waiters came out and asked if the online wings order was for me and I said yes. She went inside and sent someone else to deliver it to me. So even though they had wings, they had refused to do it when walked in and was only able to order it using the app. This is not the first time, I have noticed previously too they say some items are not available if we walk-in or drive-in but if we order throw app it works. I am highly disappointed, I have all my receipts(from wch I got her name) to prove my clam. Management pls do the needful.

Gotta list of bad from here. 1. they NEVER have plum sauce. 2. Went half hour before close and I’m 90% sure they just reheated already cooked chicken and it was dark brown instead of the normal colour and extremely crunchy yet the meat was dry. 3. Have u ever looked at the preparation area? Gross. 4. Wouldn’t cook me more fries one time bc they’d have to open a whole new thing about 45 mins to close. Gave me coleslaw instead and I hate coleslaw. I asked for potato or macaroni salad and he told me no I get coleslaw. 5. Pop was only filled 3/4 of the way on 3 different occasions. 6. Woman staff is ALWAYS rude. The men seem nice, most of the time. 7. They seemed annoyed if you want to dine in?? 8. If they can’t fulfil ur online order they’ll leave stuff out that you paid for and not tell you about it. Then when you go back they’ll say sorry here’s free COLESLAW. Again I said I don’t like coleslaw, but he persisted that I take the damn coleslaw even when I asked for a different pasta or money back. 9. My gravy was cold. Like fridge cold. Gave me the ick. Another time it was chunky and jelly. 10. I gave it over 10 shots out of it being close to me. Every time something was wrong. Just don’t go here, just make the drive to the other end of town. Seriously.

It is the newly opened location on Confederation St.. This is the 2nd. time in since opening. My wife and I ordered the Big Crunch sandwich Combo , which was great as usual. The young man who served us was very helpful, but terribly hard to understand. Two soda pop fountain taps were labeled Diet Pepsi but both served only water, which I reported to him. The establishment is very clean and food and service great. If only he would speak a bit louder and slower so as to be better understood.

Ordered a 4piece dinner lastnite with fries and coleslaw...the young lady at window was very rude when she asked for code#, i gave wrong number in error and she made sure i knew it was wrong!! I got cold fries that were easily and hour old and got 4 thighs...no breast,wing, or leg!I asked if fries were fresh when handed to me and she said yes...she packed them and brought to me....what a dump!! Mary Browns must love being so close to you! Never be back
